The poor quality was the reason I returned. It was so uncomfortable and expensive . I really thought for the price I paid it would be of great luxury. Very very disappointing.

We tried several shag-type rugs for in front of our fireplace, and this was the winner by far! This rug is plush and cozy, and it looks and feels amazing.

Shag is much longer than expected but I am not at all unhappy with it. Rug is true to color and I am excited to use it in the space.

This is a very good rug. My daughter did not want to get ip from it. Before i purchase this one , i tried one from a differ brand with the same price but very poor quality. This one is definitely a keeper.

Great rug! I purchased this rug for a children’s room and it is lush and such a beautiful feature. The cotton back is superb as it does not scratch the flooring.I purchased as grey rug for my office and it too is beautiful! Both rugs are easy to vacuum without a beater brush.

Okay, so I purchased a Flokati rug for my wife's office before I made this purchase. The Flokai was beautiful, but after purchasing this rug for my living room, I wish I could trade the Flokati in for this shag. This rug is very high quality, and the softest rug I've ever felt. I love this rug. It is extremely comfortable and so very soft. I have received many compliments from visitors. It is difficult to see little toys in the carpet so it hurts sometimes when you accidentally step on them. Yet that speaks to how plush it is.

It’s pinker than I thought. BUT, I laid it out. I put a rug pad under it. I gave it time to settle into the ground..... and I love it. My friends love it. It was a hit at my house warming. It’s so comfy that sometimes I just want to sit on the ground instead of on my couch.

Actually no this rug did not meet my expectations. I don’t normally write reviews however,,, I ordered three of these in all smaller sizes to use as cover for spots next to beds and near the door in a huge third floor room between the large rugs on that same floor. I thought they would be shag carpet made of some type of cheap yarn at least ..YARN. They are not. They are made of some kind of plastic infused brushed out acrylic and all fuzzy and stuck together so that everything will stick in them that hits the floor. They are baby pink. They will never wash so that anything actually comes out of the long fluffy sticky material that they are made of. I suppose they could be used in a VERY extremely sterile type nursery setting but the baby would never be able to roll or get their mouth against the fiber of this rug ..and nothing could drop that wasn’t big enough to immediately be picked up.. . I fully expect to have to throw them out or cut them down when they get dirty at all. So no, I give this rug a 3 out of 10 for the quality and only 3 because of the color, which is a dream..

It would be a 5 star Product, however it is a dry clean only item and thus you have added expense to this quality rug!

Soft and plush. Daughter loves it next to her bed to step onto instead of the cold laminate floor. Doesn't shed and is a lovely soft shade of pink.
