While I like the look of this product - it was one of the most difficult things I have ever had to hang up. I ended up drilling holes in the unit itself and then screwing right through the back corners.

Love it. Very solid coat rack

The hooks on this product are very cheap. One broke off before I could even use it. Also, the product doesn't seem to fit snug to the wall because of the way it attaches to the wall. It always seems to jiggle around.

Be aware that the paint on this item looks distressed. If you look at the close up, you will see that the white is missing on the edges. I didn't notice this before I ordered, leaving me disappointed when I received it. I will touch up the paint on the edges, and hope I don't have to paint the whole thing. Also, I got it to put above my Home Depot Martha Stewart Storage Bench. The colors are both white but they look different. Delivery time was great. The shelf looks exactly like the picture, it comes assembled, and it will be a nice addition to my foyer area. I gave it a high rating because it does look exactly like the picture. A little pricey compared to the other cubby type storage items that can be purchased now.
