Looks like a roller coaster.
Eighteen foot runner has been down on the floor for over a month and it still curls where the roll was started. There also ripples in the rug pretty much the full length. The runner is thightly rolled upon delivery and it really messes with the backing. All I can do is wait and see if it ever smoothes out. At this time I'm not very pleased with the purchase.

Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps!

The Lyndhurst Gray/Beige rug fits perfectly in our entryway. The quality is better than I expected. I also bought a $30 nonslip pad to go under the rug. It didn’t keep the rug in place. We ended up using carpet tape under the rug, and that works great. This rug should last for years!

After six months it still stinks
I have had this rug for six months. I thought surely by now the new rug smell would go away or be very minimized. It smells just as bad as the day I bought it. Very unhappy. Also, there are wrinkles that I thought would settle down after a time, but they are permanent. This rug is junk. Also be aware that the return policy says 90 days.

GREAT AREA RUG!
I received my rug today. I was very happily surprised. This rug is thick, soft and full. I can't say how it will hold up at this point, but this rug has a quality feel, great rich color, and a nice heavy backing. I am very happy having just received it. The colors are a perfect match for my furniture and very very close to the picture shown on my computer screen! (that will vary with computer!)
