It did have some creases in it from being folded. But we rolled in in opposite direction and then lightly steamed it and it lays beautifully flat now. I would recommend this rug!

This rug is as advertised, and I really like it. The true dimensions of my rug are 7'10" and it is perfectly square. The design seems to be perfectly symmetrical, also. The rug has a substantial feel with an appropriate thickness. As with any online image, the true colors will probably vary from what you see on your display. The description says ivory and rust. They got the ivory part right, but the rust has no orange in it. If you took a true light rust color and mixed it with some light cranberry, you would come closer. I'm attaching a photo I took that is accurate, at least on my display. I have had this rug for only a few days, so can't speak to the durability. I think it will last a good long time, and the rug represents a very good value. My only nitpick is that the rug is rolled with the backside facing out. So when you unroll it, two edges want to curl, especially on the side that was the innermost part of the roll. Placing heavy objects on the edge seems to be doing the trick. FWIW I bought my other area rug elsewhere and it was rolled with the good side out. Much better.

I love everything about the rug--color, size, pattern, etc--except after 2 weeks it still has wrinkles every 2 feet or so where it was folded during shipping. It was rolled, sort of, but also folded, so there are creases. I'm hoping they'll smooth out eventually. This definitely needs a nonslip rug pad underneath.

There are few suggestions you may want to consider to reduce this: • Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling • Use indoor rug/carpet tape-tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding • Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring • Vacuum the rug where the creases are located • Simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle *These creases/waves/bumps will normally flatten-out on their own so in most cases you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. If you’ve tried all of these suggestions, and this did not remove the creases or flatten the ends, I would strongly advise you to can get in touch with the vendor you purchased from for a return. Please be aware that vendors have their own return policy’s, please reach out to your vendor and see if you are able to return/exchange/replace/ this rug. Please remember these creases are not permanent! Safavieh

This 8 x 11 ivory/rust rug is really beautiful. It's exactly what I've been looking for. The rust color is truly rust rather than leaning toward an orange or brown shade, which I like. It's not quite as plush as I'd hoped, but a rug pad helps with that. I've had it down for about 2 weeks and the edges still aren't totally flat but I'm hoping it will smooth out in time. Delivery time was great and it was well wrapped.
