We purchased this and had it shipped to the store. After taking a full week longer than it should have, it finally arrived. We did NOT open all boxes and inspect the entire product. The base was installed, and a week later we opened the wall pieces to install. The back wall had 5 cracks in it, 4 on shelves. We went back to the store, and the replacement parts were ordered. After another two weeks, the wall pieces finally arrived. This time there is only one crack. Rather than rip out the base and return the entire shower, we are caulking and trying to seal the one crack since it is below the level of the base(any leaking should be "IN" to the shower base, not out). The shower unit is pretty easy to install, but either the packing/shipping needs to be improved or the molding process needs correcting. Two faulty units. We could not wait any longer, so we have a shower unit with a visible crack in it. Buy something that is higher quality.

The product was shipped and pack very well. I received this Shower 12/13/13. When I opened the box I noticed it was missing the flange clip which hold the shower base to the wall joist. The following day I contacted Home Depot Customer Service to explain the problem. Which they were very helpful. (Great customer service) The problem is you have to contact Sterling to get replacement parts. Which they are very nice and they will tell they will ship the parts out the next day but what they won't tell is that the parts are on back order. it is now 12/31/13 and the parts are still on back order and they do not know when they will have more. I will add more once I receive the parts. Ease of installation is a guess
