This area rug is such a find!
If you like the Arts and Crafts style, even as a subtle addition to your home, this area rug is perfect. The pile is soft and thick, the background color a bit more beige than the picture indicates which was perfect for me, and it holds up well with 2 dogs and 3 adults. I love it!

Alright
The color looks a little washed out and it feels awful in terms of comfort. I bought it because I really loved the design but wasn’t worth it so I ended up returning.

This rug is beautiful and the pile is tight. I always buy safavieh rugs and have never been disappointed. I have arts and crafts furniture and the rug looks great in my living room.
It is lighter than the color pictured indicates but is nevertheless a gorgeous rug.

I have had my rug for several weeks now. Beautiful...
I have had my rug for several weeks now. Beautiful rug and nice quality. I also bought the 3x5 to match. BUT THEY SHED HORRIBLE! Nothing on the information sheet that came with them about that. I have to vacuum them every other day and still get a full cannister in my vacuum every time. Their fibers get tracked all over my house. You can't wear black or you'll have little light colored fibers all over you. I hate it! Doesn't seem to be slowing down at all either.

Hello - Thank you for your review. Shedding is common in all Wool Rugs. What happens is there is loose wool and this will fall out. The most shedding will occur in the first few months. Over time, this will be less and less but it will still continue. This is also mentioned on the back label of your rug

The colors on this rug have changed. I bought one several years ago, and it was damaged. I ordered a replacement last week, and it came yesterday. It is completely different. The new rug has a brown border and the orangey-rust color has been replaced by a pinky-mauve color. Maybe they were aiming for coral, but it isn’t what I wanted. Safavieh said they were in the process of updating their photos. I would wait until they do so to before ordering, so you don’t get an unpleasant surprise as the colors are dull. I am very disappointed.

This rug was pretty enough though not as pretty as shown in the picture. However, it smelled of petroleum so I returned it.
