Not the Product I used 2 Years Ago. The consistency was watery and milky and YES we stirred it many times hoping both cans would thicken up!! NOT!! Put it down anyway, first with a standard roller that sucked up it, than with a 4in foam roller that worked but would have taken me 3 hours, and than with a Garden Sprayer. It dries in 2 minutes..I kid you not. My recommendation and what I am going to now do..try something else...

That is not what we like to hear! Our Rust-Oleum Matte Clear Concrete Sealer should be a thin white mixture, and is designed to be applied using a pump sprayer, with the tip set to a fine mist. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 2

If you are looking for a thin coat of sealer, this is for you. It was like water.
I ran out of this sealer and went to my local paint store & got a different brand (not water based) and it was much thicker and went on much smoother & gave me the coverage I was looking for.
This sealer provided a thin base coat.

That's not what we like to hear! It is essential to apply Rust-Oleum Concrete Sealer only when air, material, and surface temperatures are between 50-90ºF (10-32ºC). It is also essential to mix the can thoroughly before use to ensure that there is no settled pigment in the can.

Best concrete coating
Was very easy to use. We used a roller to apply. Did early a.m. and dried within 1-2 hours. Seals great. Gives a little shine but not bad. Love it.

Very easy to apply with a decent garden sprayer then evened with a roller. The matte finish is what we wanted. It gives a very low sheen but seems that it will be easier to keep our pavers clean now.

Matte Concrete Sealer from Rustoleum
One of the few sealers with a mate finish, easy to apply, dries quickly, no shine, and makes concrete look like new. Exactly what I wanted, FIVE STARS!
