Mopheads were defective. I sent 2 emails to report the problem and instead of a reply with a solution of replacement heads, they sent a survey asking about my satisfaction with my purchase.
Obviously no one read the email and the survey was an automated response. So disappointing as these mops are more than 100.00 each!
