Very easy to put the top on and plug in. It holds plenty, so you do not have to empty all the time. This will keep all your privet things privet and there is no way anyone can put the pieces back together. This is the best shredder I have ever purchased, and this one even comes with wheels so you can easily move it any place. To get rid of old tax papers, this is just great. You can even shred credit cards and CD's in this great shredder. I would recommend this shredder to anyone that has the need. See Picture. Ron

When I opened the box the shredder must of been used before because their was shreddings left in the blades. Sometimes when just turned on and you just start shredding, it shreds and then you gotta turn it on and off to work properly.

Had an older mode Royal that finally quit. Purchased this one thinking it would be as good if not better. It may shred 14 pages ONCE. Even shredding three or four pages at once it overheats quickly and shuts down. The basket misses a lot of the shredding, so keep your vacuum handy. Thought this item would have been a lot better for the price.

Works way better than my old shredder, so I'm happy..
