The unit was well packaged and came intact with simple and clear assembly instructions. It is now fully assembled in our basement den and produces great popcorn for movie and hockey nights. We are very pleased with the unit and the delivery and pick-up service at Home Depot.

After having one damaged in transit. The replacement was not working properly, I finally have my 3rd popcorn popper fully assembled and working. I couldn’t be happier with Home Depot and GAPC for their help in sorting This out. I love this popper, 8oz kettle is the perfect size. You need one!!!

This popcorn machine has great design and cooks good popcorn. Great Northern can pursue further improvements in Quality Assurance both in production and package shipping to prevent manufacturing imperfections and damages during shipment.

The machine was easy to assemble. I bought it for my office to add a little color and fun and it is easily meeting our expectations.

So far the machine has been great but the first one received I had to return for a crushed top. The second one I received was dented too but I needed for a party so kept it and did my best to pound out the dent. Inspect carefully when you receive.

SO far it works perfect! Only used it once so far. Easy to assemble. Kids love it!

There was supposed to have popcorn with it but there was none

Had to return the first one we ordered and picked up from our local Home Depot due to damage in shipping (there was no visible damage on the outside of the box, but there were several bent and dented parts and severed tape that should have held things in place, showing definite abuse). Replacement machine was intact and undamaged with only the front left corner on the Main Unit that was open and sharp along the seam. (possible faulty workmanship?) The motor runs quietly and the unit has a solid, commercial-quality feel to it. It's large enough to make plenty of popcorn for 15-20 people. Looking forward to many "movie nights" with our family!

The cart is So fun and fun! Everyone who comes to visit wants to have popcorn . Our grandchildren love it!! It is sturdy and very well made. My husband had it assembled in less than 45 minutes!

It's a nice looking popcorn maker; great conversation piece. The directions for making popcorn differ from the directions of most kernels though so you kind of have to play your recipes by ear. It doesn't pop as much as I thought it would so it takes lots of reloads to fill the glass bin. Also cleanup is not so fun; the leftover kernels get everywhere and the cooker is a pain to remove for cleaning. Otherwise, it does what it says, which is make good tasting popcorn! Despite the minor inconveniences, it's a great machine.

My kids love the popcorn this machine makes. The machine looks great - very professional. We just leave it out on our patio. The best thing was Home Depot had the best price of every company on the web and it included free shipping. I saved almost $100 over Amazon.
