Check carefully because my finial on one had a big chip in it

The rod worked well for my application. I would suggest for this length it should be a one inch diameter to handle more.

The rods look nice, but were a pain to put up. The plastic piece at the end of the rods that hold the finials kept popping out any time the rods slid from one end to the other and the finials had to be glued into the plastic pieces or the would fall out.. I would suggest that they find a better way to secure the plastic piece so it does come out (maybe a stopper that would prevent the inside rod from sliding all the way down and knocking it out.

It is very well made, I was concerned that it would be strong enough for the length of the rod and it is! Easy to install, even contained the dry wall anchors

Prettier in person, a solid weight, better quality than others I recently purchased. These are so versatile. They can really go in any room. Love them.

Finish scratches off way too easily. The rods seem smaller in diameter than other rods the same size. The rods are not long enough for the size range published due to insufficient overlap. The finials look really nice. If other manufactures produced rods between 120 and 175 inches I would not have bought these. I could barely fit this rod over the trim on a 34 inch window. Way too much money for what you get.
