It had a little problem when it got it it had a shelf with the side arm broke out. Other than that it fit perfect slides in and out and serves a purpose and can easily hold everything in the unit it makes it simple to find stuff also the instructions was easy to follow and to install it come with all hardware

The materials were great, but the instructions were awful! Read all the way through before starting because there are a few steps out of order and it’s frustrating to have to backtrack. Once finished it works great!

Great product. Poor installation directions.

Assembly instructions are not very clear. It can be very difficult to interpret what they want you to do. It took quite a bit to dial it in and get it gliding smoothly. It isn't quite as sturdy as I had envisioned. Despite those minor draw backs, it is very functional and am pleased with the result.

The actual shelves were of good quality. It was not very difficult to install. My issues were all with the sliding mechanism. The slide is not smooth. The horizontal play side-to-side was over an 1" when the cabinet is open. Has a very cheap feel. There is also an intermittent squeak from the self-closing mechanism. I would probably not get this product if I had to do it over.
