Reusable Silicone Liners
Using these non-stick baking mats is a great way to bake cookies, bread, pizza, etc., with zero sticking and very minimal clean-up. I expect that my cookie sheets will last a lot longer, as well. Before the first use, they need to be washed with soap and warm water, and towel-dried. I followed the same procedure afterwards and they were super easy to clean, and my cookie sheets just went right back into the cabinet. They can withstand high temperatures and still work over and over. They're a great baking tool to have in the kitchen.

Good for lining pans, can use in the microwave along
I have another set of silicon baking trays, but they are lined with a metal rim so they can be used alone in the oven, and I love them. These are more like liners, you can line your metal baking tray to prevent sticking and to promote even heat ditribution. They work very well, mine have not stained yet, and they did not leave any sort of odd taste or smell in the biscuits I made on them the first time I used them. I'm still more inclined to use a sheet of foil for lining though, because I can just throw it away and there is ZERO clean up. But these are great if you are looking for something re-usable and more green. They clean up super easy, even if you burn cheese on them (whoops). My no-bake cookies came off very easy after I put them in the freezer, and I have had problems in the past with them sticking to wax paper.

Handy Non-stick Baking Sheet
I have used this to bake cookies by placing the silicone mat on my cookie sheet. It is very handy because I don't have to spray or grease the cookie sheet. It can also be used on the rack in the oven for heating up French bread. It can't be placed on the floor of the oven or directly on a grill but works great in my oven. It is very easy to wash off when you're done taking the cookies off. You simply put the cookie sheet back in the cupboard and wash off your silicone mat. It is really handy. I'm glad that Home Depot carries items for cooks. It isn't something that you would expect to see there.

Great for Baking
I do a lot baking, especially breads. I usually use parchment paper so that the dough doesn't stick to the pan or baking stone. I decided to try out the silicone mats for baking this weekend. You initially have to clean the mats in warm soapy water and dry them. I put it on the baking sheet and put my brad dough on it. I baked my bread and the bread just popped off the mat when I took it off to put on a cooling rack. It didn't stick at all. Plus the bottom of the bread even browned. After it cooled, I washed and dried it again and there was no stains or residue. I store the mats flat in a draw to maintain their shape. They're definitely make baking easier.

Saves me from wasting parchment paper
I do a lot of baking and have wanted a silicone mat for a while now. I use parchment paper most of the time, but I feel like that's a bit of a waste, so these are perfect. Very clear instructions came with the two mats. After washing them in soapy water and letting them dry, I was anxious to use them to see how well they kept things from sticking. I mixed together a batch of spritz cookies and was first impressed that I didn't smell any odor. I've owned other silicone type bakeware and ended up with horrible smells. None of my cookies burned and came right off the mat with nothing stuck at all. After 5 batches, I had no problems at all. I did notice that each batch took 5 minutes longer to brown than usual, so you may have to adjust your cook time. Everything cooked evenly, so it did not create any heat distribution issues. Super easy clean up - warm soapy water. Some don'ts: don't use abrasive chemical cleaners when cleaning the mat, do not use brushes or scrapers when cleaning, do not fold the mat - creases can cause damage, do not cut or chop on the mat, do not use the mat on a boiler, grill or place the mat directly on the bottom of the oven and do not grease the baking mat when using it - it's already non-stick. It is not recommended that you clean it in the dishwasher. The mat is made from FDA approved silicone, reinforced with a fiberglass weave. Store the mats flat or loosely rolled with the logo side facing out. Some discoloration of the mesh is normal after use. It states that if you take care of these mats, you should be able to use them thousands of times. When the mats begin to fray, it's time to replace them. These will get a lot of use in my house!

Baking? Nah, they are for protecting your bench during glue-up (But they do work for baking too)
So I whipped up a batch of chocolate chip cookies using the traditional "Toll House" Recipe from the back of the package...adjusted for high altitude of course, and used these silicone baking mats instead of my old steel sheets. They worked just fine for baking, the cookies slide off easily and the sheets are easy to store in a drawer. But I had read on a woodworking website a recommendation that silicone baking sheets are a great way to protect your bench top from glue drips, so as soon as the cookies were done, these went out to the shop. I usually protect my bench top with heavy brown craft paper, and keep a roll mounted to a frame under one end of the bench. But for small items, it always tweaks my stingy nature to roll out the craft paper. These baking sheets are perfect for gluing up small items...jewelry boxes, small clock cases, tote trays. They lay out flat, the parts don't wiggle around on the silicone the way they do on paper, and the dried glue peels right off the sheet. Hopefully, the idea will catch on, and the manufacturer will offer these as "glue up" mats in a 30" x 60" size. Anyway, they are great for baking, and great for gluing, but probably you are not going to want to use them for both!

Great Baking Sheet
It is safe for use in conventional ovens up to 480° F. No messy, difficult clean up, and scraping and scrubbing of baked-on food-simply wipe the Bake Magic mat with a damp cloth and it's ready to reuse. not recommended for the dishwasher. Very easy to hand wash. Used to make biscuits that usually stick even with greasing the pan. They came off perfectly leaving no residue behind. Thicker and less sticky than the average silicone mat.

A bakers friend
If you do any kind of baking this product is a must. Baking cookies like chocolate chip, pizza, breads and much more. Cleanup is a snap just wash with soapy water, rinse and let dry. Storage you can roll them up or we keep them flat in our towel drawer. Nothing will stick to these so there is no need for any kind of non stick spray. I recommend these and you will be very pleased.

Very Useful!
For years I have wanted one of these baking mats but never got one. Finally I did and now I wondered why I waited so long! I use them all the time. They are great for baking anything that might otherwise stick. Things come off just as easily (or maybe even more so) than they would with a baking spray. And I find myself using them not just for easy removal of what I'm baking but also for easy cleanup. For instance I was making nachos and I used them because it was so easy to clean the mat and have the melted and dried cheese slide off of it as opposed to scraping it off the baking sheet. They are super easy to clean. A great investment!

Great item - just watch the size
ve used similar mats before and really like them. Cookies (in particular) come out perfectly with no spraying a pan and virtually no clean-up. The description says they can be stored flat or rolled, but the latter leaves a slight “curl” so better to store them flat. The price on these is excellent – better than anywhere else I've seen – and they will last a LONG time. Just be sure to check the size. They are too large for some of our cookie sheets, but we got past that by putting the metal sheet upside down with the mat on top. I definitely recommend these for baking!

So clean and easy!
I love to bake but I hate to wash dishes, so I've been using parchment paper for years to avoid having to scrape and then scrub food remnants off my cookie sheets. It's always helped tremendously, so I was excited to try a re-usable product with the same premise. These silicone mats are even better than I thought they'd be! I baked both granola and chocolate chunk cookies and had no stickage to the mats. The smooth non-stick surface makes them a snap to wash up. Plus, they are much sturdier than parchment paper, so I could just pour the granola directly into a storage container once it was cool. I think they're a little pricey up front, but you get two in a pack and they seem very well made. I imagine that they're going to last for years and will easily be more economical than all the parchment paper I would've bought. If you bake a lot, get these!

Handy Tool For The Kitchen!
This is a really convenient item to have in your kitchen. Especially if you cook, bake, or make your own bread. Instead of repeatedly washing your dishes over and over again you can simply slip one of these in a proper fitting pan. This doesn't affect the time or temperature that you need to cook either. Whenever your food is done, you can easily slide food off of the mats onto a plate or serving platter without any sticking. Make sure to give these a nice cleaning with soap and water before using. Store them on a flat surface so they keep their shape. These have a great shelf life that can withstand many MANY uses. However, they can and eventually will wear out over time. Given the price, this is a small setback and not worth knocking a star off. 5/5, will buy when my current set wears out.
