This product is in one of my rentals and the Tenant say she loves it. She also offered, it keeps the entire house (ranch style) comfortable. since it was just purchased, we won't fully know how it will work during fall and winter. Will keep you posted. Right now it works perfect.

This is a wonderful addition to our new home. It took very little time to assemble. The variety of flame settings and lighting help us create the mood to relax and enjoy the warmth that flows from the unit. We are more than satisfied with the fine quality of the wood finish in the cabinet.

I purchased one and had it shipped to my house. All of the pieces were there along with the hardware. Pretty easy to assemble as long as you go step by step. Fireplace looks great and also has a screen in front of the glass. None of the pieces were damaged. It looks beautiful! It took 2 1/2 hours from start to finish counting taking it out of the box and lining up the pieces!

Great addition to our family room!
The fireplace is perfect for our TV corner in the family room. Assembly of the fireplace was extremely easy and the instructions and diagrams were well written. The fireplace easily warms up our 300 square foot TV room. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the wood used for the fireplace. The only negative comment is the wood color is darker than the online picture.

Have had this 2 weeks. Looks nice overall in our corner. Color has a lot of red in it for 'oak'. Easy to assemble but not the best quality. Remote is bottom of the line for using - have to press multiple times to make it work sometimes. Really am enjoying the way the firebox portion works! I would purchase again.

Fit our corner perfectly! We have a 55” TV and it fits like a glove. The fireplace it tall enough so, it doesn’t look like barbi furniture with a bigger TV on it. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 star is because of the price, it was considerably higher compared to a non-corner fireplace!

REAL FLAME Electric Fireplace Heater very Nice and like faux wood and flame. Heats very well - fan fairly quiet. Disappointed in quality of wood trim (like pine - NOT Oak) and quality of veneer on MDF boards...**Stain Not true to color of regular golden oak - white oak - red oak stains --- more like reddish-orange stain. The base was separated in front by trim (but I was able to clamp and glue - too much of a hassle to return) - disappointed in side shelf space and angle - depth of sides *needs more deep space -- wish sides extended another 12-18" deeper...Easy to assemble (*Need long screwdriver for fireplace insert Install due to narrow space between cabinet and heater.
OVERALL: OK for price point...

Really pleased with unit but difficult to get the fire box unit in the TV stand. My husband had to use brackets to stabilize the fire box so it wouldn't fall. But after set up we are thoroughly enjoying it

The Fire place is a wonderful fixture. The only thing That makes it look a little cheap is the back corner section. There are no sides and the back top piece is being held up literally by a stick. Not very sturdy. I didn’t even bother screwing the Fire box in place just in case something happens.

Cheap flimsy pressboard cabinet you won't want to move after put together for fear it will break. Several pieces were broke apon opening packaging and needed to be reglued. Insert is nice and works well. Lowest setting is 72° and can be too warm in the room but my wife likes it warm. Can't turn off flame and have heat on. If you want heat, it must be lit up. Very quite mechanical noise. Doesn't keep me awake. My wife loves it, I'm on the fence.
