Look forward to having a shower everyday
I was super excited to get this shower and it has lived up to what I was wanting. Easy install and easy to use
I wish my water supply had a bit more pressure though. Not sure the shower lines would help with that

Works great
Have it for a month now , everything is fine , looks great ,
The only issue I have is the temperature knob keeps falling down , not sure if it’s broken , or ….. other knobs are solid ,
Otherwise all good .

GORGEOUS
Had to wait months for the brushed gold, but it was worth every minute. We put 2 in a large walk-in shower and they are beautiful.

Beautiful shower panel
I love the look of these Vigo shower panels. Pair it with the Elan sliding glass door and you're completely transforming a dated space into a modern spa like retreat. So far both products function as they should. We'll see how they good up longevity wise. Really happy with overall purchase.

Nice shower panel
The panel is well built and it’s practical. Let’s see how long the steel last without rust. I did remove the flow restrictor and that made a difference. I didn’t give it five stars because the design has one important flaw: the hand shower clips in the bottom of the panel and the hose drags on the floor. They should have put the shower holder higher and on a side.

Bathroom remodel tub to walkin shower in matte black
Thanks to hurricane Ida we had remodel, so we decided to finally pull out the old cast iron tub and add our walk in shower. Very easy to install , we love all 3 options…. rain, jets and wand.

High quality - Total bathroom sleek refresh
So far I love the look and the function!
It really leaves a clean and crisp impression to shower time! I am pleased with the nob movement and the placement of everything on the panel. You can really sense the quality and form/function.

Sleek and Modern
Finally got this installed over new acrylic panels and it looks great! Because of the acrylic panels and Kerdi backer board I did NOT use the supplied anchors to hold the braces. Instead I ensured there was a header board where the braces were going to be located. Also needed to ensure that the plumbing outlet was small enough to hide behind the panel. So lots of pre planning that at some points got a little nerve racking, but alls well that ends well.
If I could make a recommendation to Vigo: have the lips of the bracket flare out more because the braces on the unit are set slightly back so it was nearly impossible to have them grab when sliding down. I had to loosen the brackets from the wall which meant it was grabbing very little into the wood headers and had to add little shims to make the bracket stick out more.

Very nice overall
Been using the shower panel for about a month now and like it very much. Great style, very nice materials…..
Only two things that are sub par; it would be nice if engineering could get more flow to the body jets without loss to the shower head when both on…..we have plenty of water pressure (plumber took the flow restrictor out of the unit ), the other short coming is the could be a finish cover on the bottom of the panel where the spout and handheld hose exit the unit. Would make it that much more upscale, or offer a cover as an add on option.

Excellent
I am a licensed plumber and installed this in my own home! That should say enough for the product alone. All connections outside the finished wall leaves nothing other than two connections inside drywall to leak. I did remove all pressure reduction devices and tighten all manufacturer connections. But I'm on a well water supply and have no issues with the tower. Love the functions!

So far so good. You can remove the water restrictor.
Just got it so we’ll see. You can remove the water restrictors. Took me some research lol but i got it. I found 4. There wasn’t one in the other connector nor in the shower head where i thought there would be.

Nice looking, reasonably priced shower panel
As the owner of Buckeye Plumber Plumbing and Heating Co.,LLC I bought this shower panel to install in my private shower at home. I like the looks of it and it was reasonably priced. The only negative things I have to say about the shower panel (which I think is pretty important), is that it does not have very good pressure. It's a shame that the flow
restrictor cannot be removed. It is impossible to turn on more than one feature at a time, and because of the low pressure from the body sprays we do not even use them. The 2nd negative item has to do with the aesthetics. I did not like the way that the spout elbow and hose was visible through the shower door-it created a cheap/unfinished look.

Gorgeous
I am so happy with this shower glass panel! The door slides effortlessly, the glass is beautiful and all of the hardware looks great. I can’t speak to installation as I had it installed by contractors, but the result was just what I wanted! Very happy.

Well built.
I bought the Ellington a couple years back but have only had it installed for about 1 year. Overall I love the thing. I never give 5 stars. I liked having the Hot and Cold supplies out of the tiled wall. I found the install much easier than the mixing valve and separate head. I did not realize at first you must push the knob on the temp dial to get to the hot water. I really like the temp setting, works great. Our local water pressure is not sufficient to run the 4 jets with any pressure. Hindsight I would have opted for 2 jets. I have 1" supply to the shower and then 1/2" Into the unit. You can only run one outlet option at a time. Head or jets or wand. No combo's of any of them. The stainless is holding up well, easy to keep clean as are all the components. As designed the wand is to be mounted on the wall. I did not want to poke another hole in my tile wall so I mounted the wand holder to the unit side. I lost the original wand holder and VIGO sent one for free. Customer support was great.

Vigo Shower panel LOW WATER PRESSURE
ALL these shower panels come with water flow restrictors due to CA requirements, but for those who live out side of CA having the flow restrictors really sucks and the water pressure is so bad you can barley take a shower or use any of the features. found out there are multiple flow restrictors. one in each coming from the hot and cod like and the one between the on/off valve.. one i removed them all NOW i have normal water pressure and i all the features now work AWESOME... my advice remove water restrictors before installing shower panel..NO MATTER what brand you buy.. ALL SHOWER PANELS have flow restrictors

Thank you for your 4 star review for the VIGO Sutton Shower Panel.
All VIGO shower panels will have a 1.8gpm flow restrictor due to CA requirements. For customers outside of CA, the federal requirements would be 2.5gpm. The flow restrictor can be changed from 1.8gpm to 2.5gpm. This restrictor is located directly above the temperature control valve. Removing the restrictor all together is not recommended, because it would affect the thermostatic cartridge that regulates your water temperature. Too much water going through the shower panel will damage the cartridge, thus you will be unable to adjust water temperature.
As for the 2nd set of restrictors, these are backflow preventors. These are required for shower panels as well. The backflow preventors will prevent water inside of the shower panel from going back into the water system when turned off. This part has a spring inside that would allow water to enter the shower panel when turned on and keep water in when turned off. These would be located at the point where your supply hoses are connected to the rear of the shower panel.

Best shower head ever!
I purchased this showerhead for my home in Puerto Rico. I thought that with the low water pressure line I wasn’t going to achieve the effects of the entire system. I must say I am happy with this product and I love how powerful the water comes out.

Great panel … once regulators are gone.
I bought this panel as part of a bathroom remodel and was most excited about the “pressurized body sprayers” and “targeted massage therapy”. When installed from the box, the water jets barely sprayed, and the rainfall shower head couldn’t get the shampoo out of my hair. After multiple calls and doing some research I discovered the water pressure regulators installed in the unit. I found FOUR of them. One in each hot and cold line, and one at the wand connection. And a fourth smaller disc one just where the regulator connects. After removing these, the shower operates as advertised and shown in Vigo’s videos. If it worked like this out of the box it would be 5 stars, but the effort it took to figure all this out was a pain.

Great Unit
