This product worked well in smaller pipe but the pipe I was going into was too big to make much of a difference. This item works fine for what it was designed for.

Bad design, first time used in sewer line, C cutter and nut were lost while snake wire was out.

You would think they would have these in store since their rental machine im standing next to in my basement didnt have one with it..came with 1 spade and 3 spring heads all the same..someone in the rental tool department is slipping..payong like a 100 bucks to auger my main drain...didnt even come with a variety of heads..bet you i get a discount on the rental or never use home depot ever again..what a joke...thanks home depot. 9 times to the street from basememt clean out still getting stringy root bundles..4 11\2 hours in...my time is more valuble than that...

It was smaller than I expected. I also sharpened it, so it can cut more efficiently.

Not much you can say about a sewer auger. Works good to get through a clogged 4'' pipe.

Screw in this tool must be tighten heavily, or you risk losing it in the sewer pipe which happened to me.
