Returned first faucet, imperfections on faucet. Ordered new one at store, and when received, looked good. Installed easily and works flawlessly, just as expected. It's early , have had for less than 2 months. Feels solid and well made, cleans easily, just wipe it off. I am satisfied with the faucet.

Seriously heavy duty faucet. Appears to be well built. Instructions could use some clarification depending on if the escutcheon is to be used or not, but we figured it out. Would prefer to see a self-centering-type nut provided with the spray attachment mount.

Love how smooth the new Quince faucet is to operate and it looks great too.

Nice faucet. Simple and elegant. Lines were less than an inch short of the length we needed so check your measurements. We had to go purchase extension lines. Also no faucet button kit was included. Hopefully they will send them to me because they weren't in the box.

This faucet replaces another American Standard faucet that after a few years would begin to leak every few months. After multiple complaints American Standard agreed to replace the leaky faucet with this one. Well, it is groundhog day all over again. Unless you want water all over your counter tops every 6 months run as fast as you can away from these faucets. Assuming that I can get it to stop leaking I will start shopping for something else. A product at this price should last more than a few years.

In June, I bought this faucet to replace another American Standard and had it installed. By October it was already leaking. Home Depot offered to exchange it for a new one but, of course, this faucet is out of stock. So, I need to find a new faucet and I'm going to have to pay for faucet installation again. I've never had anything fail so fast and cost so much to remedy. This was much more trouble than it was worth.

I've had this faucet for only two days. The one issue, so far, is that I get this "thump" sound every time I turn on the faucet. Will have to check with American Standard to see what causes this. Also, the faucet does swivel from left to right but it is very hard -- does not turn smoothly.

This was a replacement for another American Standard product that we were very happy with.Instalation was easy.

Yes, as several others have stated, this faucet was very easy to install and looks great. A solid improvement over what we had before.

Very impressed with the quality of the product. The water line hook ups are much longer than those of other brands so I did not need to purchase any additional pieces. Easy install

I have owned American Standard faucets for years. I really like this one, so nice and durable

If you don't mind that the faucet handle swings only from the center to the right, and does not swing to the left for hot water (i.e. you push the handle to the right for cold and back only to the center for hot), then you may be happy with the faucet. That one-way swing is something we thought we could definitely not "get used to" so we returned the faucet. Manufacturing quality seems high, in terms of the parts we could see and touch. One other plus: you can connect it without the sprayer, if you have a one-hole sink and don't need a sprayer. It comes with instructions for this. Other side-sprayer units we looked at use special connectors for the hoses, and cannot be installed without the sprayers. We were also also impressed that the spout looks and feels like a close match and extension of the metal body that it connects into. So, though it's made of plastic material like virtually all other pull-out spouts, it's better made than the comparable Moen, Kohler and Brizo faucets we saw.

The faucet is sleek and attractive and the stainless steel finish does not show a lot of water spots or fingerprints. We found the style of this faucet somewhat unique as most kitchen faucets these days are the high arch type.... very easy to operate.

I had this kitchen faucet installed and I love it! I love the ease of being able to turn the water on with my palm and not have to adjust the temperature that I want from previous washing. I would definitely buy other products from American Standard!

The store has a sign that says they have 10,000 plus faucets. Well, maybe, but my husband said, "No plastic faucets. No plastic valves." So, I went to the website, searched for "ceramic disc valve" and THREE faucets (including this one) came up! Seriously. 10,000 faucets and only three with the good stuff? So, this is what I chose. This one met all our criteria: 1) Made of actual metal (it's heavy); 2) Ceramic disc valves; 3) No pull-down sprayer to go bad. (I've been keeping house 49 years and have seen sprayers go bad. It does not seem to me that putting it in the faucet head is a good idea.) I do wish, it were offered in a taller version, but I am pleased w/ the faucet overall. The funny thing is, this photo makes it look really short and fat, but it is taller than it looks in the picture and much more stream-lined and modern looking. We had a plumber professionally install ours and he was in and out in just a few minutes with no problems. An added plus is that it is a perfect color match for the stainless steel Kohler sink we installed. (Note that stainless steel comes in many shades and one company's stainless may not match another company's product. In fact, sometimes, even if you buy the same brand they will not match.) Yes, I would recommend this product.

I ordered this faucet online, last faucet starting leaking. We put the faucet in after removing old one - was pretty easy for never doing that before. Love the faucet but will need to get used to height to fill water pitcher (old faucet was much higher but disappointed with the 5 years it lasted). Hope American Standard will last, it definitely is a sharp faucet.

This is a very well made faucet with one exception. The water flow rate is substantially less than the Moen which I replaced with this one and is reflected in my rating of this product, otherwise it rates 5 stars.

I love my new faucet. It was ordered online and arrived very quickly, which was a blessing since my other one was in dire need of replacement. My son installed it for me and said that it was quite easy to do and he is not a plumber by trade. The chrome finish goes well with other applicances, etc. in my kitchen area and overall it looks great and works well. What more can one ask for from a modern faucet!!

Great faucet, easy to install. Stainless is very nice, it matches my stainless sink.

Bought this faucet because I didn't want a pull down sprayer or high arch type. Was easy to install and everything worked as expected. Faucet swivels and turns on/off easily. Finish matches stainless steel sink well. All parts are quality. I added a soap dispenser also. Very happy with purchase.

Since installation it has worked well. No problems. The faucet cleans with ease.
