Water pressure at my house is high and the single handle moves quite freely. When the spray feature is selected, it is easy to have too much flow and a lot of splash. The selector for the spray/nozzle could be in a more convenient location. Faucet replaced had tubes, the hose connections make installation much easier.

Warranty replacement from an older model, much prefer this push button sprayer compared to the older push down and turn model, push down and turn was broken half the time, replaced once under warranty. When the whole spigot rusted apart under the counter, I requested a replacement under warranty.

I've had my faucet for almost 3 years. I selected it because I like its design better than the kitchen faucet designs that are "fashionable" these days. I like its clean, sleek lines, and I like having the handle in the center at the top and in the center where I can easily control it with either hand. I don't use the spray function often, but it it very easy to use. The only problem has been occasional scraping noise as the faucet is rotated, but that doesn't affect the performance.

I had Moen oil brushed chrome, which lasted 5 yrs (I want to say, "Only," because I have no experience of ever having to replace my kitchen faucet). I am satisfied with AS so far. The only problem I had was that the AS screws did not match with that of Moen. My handy man had to go back to HD for the second time to find right sized screws.

The toggle on the pull out handle is leaking after the first use. Bad design or poorly constructed

I purchased the Quince faucet for my kitchen several months ago as we moved into our new town home and its been a delight. The pull out feature makes washing dishes easier and it was easy to install! Faucet never leaks or drips.

I have had this less than a year and the toggle between stream and spray is failing.No parts are available.

Being a kitchen faucet,this is used so many times I can't count. Always looks nice, is easy to use with just a fingertip if necessary.
