Holes in canopy top
Bought this quick shade canopy to replace our five-year-old quick shade canopy. We used it for the first time this week and it already has has multiple holes in the canopy top. Disappointed in the quality of the canvas top compared to our old canopy.

I could not keep rain water from pooling up on...
I could not keep rain water from pooling up on the top of the canopy. The directions say it comes with hook and loops to keep it down. It did not. There are velcro at the corners that work fairly well but it was not a tight enough fit to keep water off of it. Within a month it buckled one metal leg.

We are so sorry to hear about your cover! As mentioned in your manual, this canopy was designed for temporary use only and should not be set up in moderate-heavy rain, wind or storm conditions. Very large and holding up well in the wind with tie downs. Could have used Velcro ties on the sides because it only fastens on the corners. That’s why it only 4 stars. We live at the coast so my hubby made concrete buckets with eye hooks to hold down canopies and awnings.

When we unpacked the canopy, a screw and nut fell...
When we unpacked the canopy, a screw and nut fell out. We finally found the hole and placed the screw in. Set up was then easy and accomplished by 2 adults. That night, it rained. Water dropped onto guests through the water resistant fabric. The tents front legs then buckled. Returning.

I'm glad you asked. We opened our new canopy to find there are 2 small holes in the fabric. They are not large enough to affect the overall performance but I suspect when it rains, it will leak. We would like a replacement for the fabric, please. The frame seems fine and sets up easily. Love the way the legs go up and down so easily!

Poor frame
I use a canopy for work everyday. The canopy it replaced was six years old. I had this one for 14 days and used it 11 of them. The wind was moderate and steady for the entire day. The structure leaned back and forth and it seems it fatigued one of the leg supports. It actually snapped into. When that corner collapsed that caused another leg to bend and collapse as well.

Expensive junk
I had to order this canopy because we had borrowed one exactly like it. It drizzled and the bars bent and canopy caved. Of course we needed to replace it. When locating the same canopy, it reads not for rain or wind. Well then....shade only? And one can predict no wind or drizzle???? Total junk. Would NEVER recommend. It is very easy to set up. Falls down just as easy.

Great purchase
Went to the beach, set up the canopy in a few minutes, works better with two putting it up. We had very strong winds so I put all four support pole in a empty five gallon bucket, filled them with beach sand and enjoyed the shade.. not one problem. it came down and packed away at the end of the day just as easy. I like it!!
