Very quiet! I had the same one for well over ten years and with 6 people in the house and the only shower, this fan was used A LOT! Snapped right in without having to redo the exhaust recess in the ceiling. I will buy this product again!

Replaced 12 year old 2.0 sones fan with this one to avoid wife's continued complaining. She isn't complaining anymore! It is quiet and you can feel the fan working as the air moves toward it. Took about 2 hours to install, had to cut out braces on old fan since no access from the attic and put some 2x4s in between the joists to screw this in. Great product.

It was too large for the ones being replacing and I had to cut the ceiling drywall ceiling to make them fit. One was whisper quiet; the other two hummed.

My old fan sounded like a truck idling. This fan has taken some getting used to. I’ve turned the faucet off to make sure the fan was running—it’s that quiet. The humidity in my bathroom is no joke, but the fan takes care of it quickly. I highly recommended it!

No I am returning it today. I took the old measurements in to get help, they said I had to order this one and it was way to big the electric wires were on the opposite end and would not reach. The man tried to get it to fit by making the hole larger. He ended up going back to your store and getting one that would fit. Now I need more repairs to the ceiling and I am not a happy camper.

Quietest fan we've ever had. Simple installation in an existing ceiling after cutting a large enough opening. I'm in the process of replacing fascias and soffits so I was able to work from both inside and out on ducting.

We bought this to replace a 13.25" round Nutone fan that was 21 years old. I did all the work myself installing it and the taping and drywalling the extra spaces as part of the retrofit. Installation was straight forward, but it does require you to work on it from the top and in the attic space. I did provide another wooden brace so it was held in place on two sides vs. just the big faceplate with screws. The provided braces didn't fit given our ceiling sheet rock and firewall board on top of it. They will come in handy for other set ups such as new construction or only dealing with the ceiling wall board with the required space for them to fit. The finished product looks good, provides excellent lighting, and the fan noise is so much quieter than our last one. It does have a 6" exhaust and you will need 6" tubing and a reducer 6-4 for older retrofits that were set up for 4" exhausts. Everyone was happy with the final product.

Very quiet, glad I changed out the original fan that came with the home. But, since this fan was larger than the original fan, it did involve some minor changes to the ceiling opening. Average difficulty for a handyman.

Haven't had broan nutone qt series 110 cfm fan installed for long but is powerful and reasonably quiet, I installed in an existing Broan fan that had stopped exhausting, fitting was easy and used existing 4" duct.

Premiere series of nutone makes a big difference in sound. Much more tolerable that similarly priced 150 and pulls a good amount of air.

Not as quiet as advertised. You definitely hear the fan!!

Nice quiet fan; seems to be effective in our Master Bathroom...

The main reason I keep buying this fan is the almost silent operation. The fan is so quiet, it often gets left on by mistake. Well made, with rubber motor mounts, I installed one in my bathroom 20 years ago, and it still works great. This will handle almost any bathroom size. It requires a 6" vent which may not work for some retrofits. Beware of fans that use a smaller vent size, they will be noisier.

Best fan I've ever been around. I literally have difficulty even hearing if it is on, but clears the bathroom of steam completely - unlike the fan it replaced on both counts. Install was easy and instructions made sense.

After installing one of these vent fans, I am replacing the other three. They are quiet and they evacuate air from a bathroom quickly. I recommend a timer switch to go with them.

Great fan! Really quiet and moves the air out quickly. Was not that easy to replace though. Connecting the old vent pipe to new fan was quite a tricky job since the exhaust housing was quite larger than the old fan

It doesn’t fit into the original opening. I really think there should be some stock of the older fans.

Super quiet. Don’t even know when its on or off. Added a timer switch (button select 5, 10, 30, 60 min) and its GREAT.
