On the advice of Moen I ordered the Moen 1198...
On the advice of Moen I ordered the Moen 1198 diverter valve but it was too short so I returned it to Home Depot for credit. It was not Home Depot's fault so I gave them A five star rating. I contacted Moen again to find the model number of the longer diverter valve and Moen sent me the longer diverter valve, model 1134, for free. Everything worked out well in the end.

Works perfect. Just make sure You get the right size...
Works perfect. Just make sure You get the right size as there are 2 different ones available. The longer one is #1134 and the shorter one is #1198........ Found out the hard way.... Takes a 1 inch deep socket for installation and removal.
