We removed the nozzle because the flow got too low to hand wash dishes. We cleaned some white residue from the screen and reinstalled it. After cleaning the residue, it stop allowing any flow through it at all. We are so disappointed. We spent good money anticipating it would last at least ten years and were sorely let down. I wish we had researched faucets better before being sold by the Home Depot sales person on this item. The buttons stop working within the first 6 months too.

Product as described. Non-adjustable laminar flow and fixed 90-degree downward sprayer angle effectively shortens the reach (8”) vs. my old Fairfax pull-out. Have avoided excessive splashing reported by others by angling the faucet arm parallels to the backsplash, rotating the sprayer forward and reducing the water flow.

It seems to work just fine, but a little too much plastic for the price. No aerator with the faucet.

Stylish faucet. Works well. Forceful sprayer. Unfortunately the spout is too short. Doesn’t extend far enough into the sink causing you to lean far forward. Not comfortable on your back!

Purchased in June of 2019 installed in October after we were done remodeling. We had the money to purchase something that we figured we be a good investment and would last a long time. We were wrong. Sprayer not functioning correctly and is now leaking from inside the faucet. Water everywhere. Definitely not worth the over 500.00 price. Very disappointed

I really love the sleek design and beautiful look of the faucet. It looks lovely in our kitchen. And it works great. Top notch functionality and features. But I should have read the description more carefully; I was surprised and disappointed that all of the pull out spout, even the chrome part, is plastic. I expected metal at this price point. Hoping it holds up and wears as well as the metal parts of the fixture.

Purchased a little over 2 years ago. About two months ago the stream stopped working and now I just have the spray. Really irritating. For the price I expected it to last at least 5 years!

Install and Finish looks nice. However, the tube that feeds the sprayer is made of plastic. NOT Rubber. Cheap for amt paid. You can not find the hose attachment anymore as this item has been discontinued. I would def not buy this Item. Even the buttons that operate it feel cheap and don't stay in place. There are other faucets out that are made better and cheaper and have a better warranty.

Attractive faucet but leaky and drippy. I returned it and got a Grohe with a life warranty. Price point was the same. Both were around $400.00. I was disappointed. I thought I was ordering a top of the line faucet with Kohler. My plumber said Kohler products are not what they use to be.

This faucet splashes water everywhere. Something about how the stream of water from the faucet isn't airated traditionally and the stream it creates makes this faucet splash water all over you, the countertops and anything else nearby, even someone standing next to you. I'm not kidding it's everywhere. You have to always remember to turn the water on halfway and then you have to wait for pots to fill; if you fill a pot at full stream you'll get water and if there was any gook in the pot or pan you'll get gook and water everywhere. Unfortunately we had our counters drilled out with this specific size hole which is smaller than a more standard 2 inch hole and it seems pretty hard to find one to swap with it. But believe me I'm looking. Two years of this is too much. We thought we could get used to it.

As always, Kohler is light years above all the rest. This faucet is worth every penny and then some. Looks great, performs perfectly and easy to manipulate.

Very happy with the experience. No problems. Product arrived fast and in good shape. Will definitely use this way of ordering in the future as not all products are carried in the store.

This fixture is lovely.....once I addressed a finish problem. The spray head appeared to be very slightly lighter in finish than the body - but it was only noticeable from certain angles. Called Kohler and they were very helpful; thought that the "nap" in the brushed stainless might be working two different directions. They immediately sent a new head - I screwed it on very easily - and the finish matches much better. Still a very slight difference in finish from certain angles but I am probably the only one to notice!!
