Needed an extra long cord and wall mountable power strip for behind my TV. This was easy to mount and worked great for my application. Plus the warranty gives me peace of mind in case a power surge does happen to my expensive electronics.

Working great. Nice long cord, for where I placed this surge protector. There is a decent amount of space between the transformer outlets. For my particular application (classic video game consoles), I still cannot put some of my transformers next to each other, though. If those could have fit next to each other, I would have given five stars.

After a few storms took down network and fried PCs thru network connections so far even thru Harvey nothing has been lost.

Our modem was damaged during a thunderstorm by lightning on June 1st., and replaced by a new one a week later, since then we've been having storms quite often that I have replaced my old surge protect with the Tripp Lite TLP8 1 ONET. We had more storms after the new surge protector was connected to the modem, the PC, printer and the other devices. Till now everything is working perfectly.

I mainly use it with my computer, modem, router, and printer. Due to the thunderstorm season, we have around here to many power failure and outages (3 since June 1st.) it seems that it's holding up perfectly during last week outage.

02/02/18 - I found the Tripp-Lite 8 outlet surge protector modem/coax/internet protection RJ-45 to be well made and present an excellent value to cost/protection ratio. Appropriate spacing of the outlets for use of small power supplies, and phoneline and cable coax protection against voltage surges use accommodates a variety of plug-in requirements. Very pleased with the overall construction of the unit and the length of the power cord, with the flat wall plug. Tks! Roger Bell USA

I protect all my electronics with this surge protector. This is not one of those garbage surge suppressors that claim to work but doesn't.

I actually plugged my A/V Components in, and they all powered up!

So far so good. I haven't experienced any power surges. The layout is well thought out.

Love TrippLite products. This was an upgrade from an old Isotel that's served me faithfully for 15 years. Nice long cord with flat plug, and now all my connections are protected. Bought my wife one too!

Easily the best surge protector for an entertainment setup. I've used it in place of a power strip that failed to protect my TV, DVD player, and the cable equipment. After replacing all my hardware I've put this surge protector in place to make life easier.

I have used this for a few months now and it has handled surges as far as I can tell well. My TV which died previously with other surge protector & was overly sensitive seems to work well with this one. I have hooked up my router, tv, soundbar, cable box all with this protector. Its cheap, does the job and is backed well by this company in case things dont work out.

Protects my expensive audio gear. Had a power outage first week I had the Tripp Lite and it performed the way it's supposed to.

So far this surge protector has been easy to install and seems to be doing it's job. We had lightening strike our house, and lost all of our appliances, some lights and such. We had a surge protector on our computer and it took the surge protector but not the computer!! SAVED!!!! Yes!!! So we replaced it with the same!!! Thank you for making this an affordable, and durable product.

I have brought 3 of these Tripp Lite surge protector model no. TLP810NET for my computer over the last 10-15 years. It seem to be a very good product for the money. I wish some time the plug would rotate to the left or right, and I would like to see dust cover for the RJ45 and RJ11, if I am not using one or both of them. It seem to be very reliable.

Does all you could ask for, plus avoid the unwieldy nature of many surge protectors. The three "wall wart" spaced outlets on the one side seal the deal. All this, and a cord that's long enough for the widely spaced outlets in my older home.

I had a large format printer that had went bad due to some power surges. I replaced the printer and protected it with the 8 outlet surge protector with Ethernet protection. I have been running this for over four months now and had no issues with the protected printer. I would recommend using this on all of your sensitive electronic devices.

I love that this strip has covers for the unused outlets to keep out dust and lint!! I have mine sort of under my bed where it can be quite dusty and it's good to know that it won't be harmed by that. I love that it has a warranty and plenty of outlets!!

It's got anything I could ever need to protect my photography equipment. Despite the frequent power-outages in my area, I know my stuff is safe from electrical harm, and that's priceless. Plenty of outlets, plus Ethernet and cable too!

This is a great surge protector and best ever warranty. Had a issue with power surge during Hurricane Mathew in FL, the surge protector did its job. It blew but all my stereo, amp, TV, DVD players, etc .that were plugged in it are all ok. The unit was replaced free under warranty. What more can anyone want!
