Instructions were a nightmare. It says easy to install, but not so much! It took two reasonably intelligent and physically fit people 4 hours to install it. It’s all good now, though!

The rack is very stable with lots of utility. The instructions says it can hold 800 lbs. I like the hooks on top to store items best left alone. The space under the shelf is good. Assembly takes a little time. The most important factor is to get the base frame level and square. The instructions leave much to be desired. Just a few words, better illustrations, or pictures would go a long way. Common sense dictated the final assembly.

This has to be a cruel joke. There’s a picture on the box of this rack fitting into the slat wall system. I open the instructions and it says you have to screw it directly into the stud. I literally just put 160 screws into studs to put the slats up. How can a company that sells a “system” to hook into their slatted walls sell an item branded Proslat and not have it work in their system???

A bit of back and forth while building. But makes it doable solo. Two people would be easier. Good strong shelving.

Rack itself is excellent. The instructions? Not clear. I had to rework a few things.

Didn't order this rack. I did buy two other sections of this assembly and they didn't well, its held in place by tie wraps.

Very sturdy using in my shop, a little difficult to install following their instructions but finally fiqured it out. Had it for about 2 weeks. I am also hanging a 4 foot light from it over my work bench. Would recommend.

This product is well built and sturdy. I didn't enjoy the instruction sheet because I had to rebuild this thing multiple times in order to get things aligned correctly. Once I got it all straight I hung three full size bicycles on the short J hooks and helmets on the long J hooks. Put a few large boxes on the shelf. It's great!

I am very happy with these shelves! They are sturdy and helped us to organize our garage and get the storage off of the ground!

Put two of these up in my garage.. gave me storage space above and able to hang numerous items including a bicycle and weed eater My only complaint would be not enough hanging hooks come in the box

This is a great rack...IF you can decipher the instructions and video. My husband and I have done many such projects and we read, reread, and watched the video several times. It took us 4 hours to figure this out. Yes pieces are labled but the directions suck. It also takes two people for install. Just beware of the install. We just barely put it up. The accessories are nice...hooks as well.

Amazing product: Quality and very strong!

The product is awesome. Heavy duty as ads. But the installation guide is horrible, hard to follow and the pic is not clear.

It is great! I'm waiting for it to go back on sale so I can order another.

The instructions could be a little more clear and easy to follow but other than that the product is everything I hoped it would be. I easily hang all 4 of our bicycles from it while storing two large plastic bins on top. Great space saver for the garage!

Mounting on the wall was a better option if you have tall ceilings in garage. The hooks are handy and durable. Bikes hang great. Instructions and diagrams are not accurate.

Very good quality. Heavy duty hardware, professionally finished. The directions could have been more clear; shadows in the photographs make it hard to determine which direction some pieces should go. Other than that the assembly was easy.

I bought it last month and am very happy with it. Some of the labels had fallen off in the box so setup was a bit challenging till I figured which piece was which. Great once it was set up. I use it to store my bicycles.

Very happy with product. Has a very high weight rating for a wall mount rack. The instructions aren't great, but the ProSlat website has a helpful video and assembly was easy after viewing. Had some damage to the shipping boxes and a few parts fell out. E-mailed ProSlat and they had replacements out the same day. Great customer service.

This shelf was easy to assemble. Needed two hands to attach it to the wall because it is big and a little heavy for one person to handle. Very happy with the quality of this item.

I purchased this to create more storage space in my shed. Once assembled and installed this is quite sturdy and spacious. The 4 padded hooks included with the kit work great and come in two different heights. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is the difficulty in assembly. The instructions are printed in black and white of an all black metal frame so deciphering if you have the arms oriented the right way can come down to trial and error. Having a second person helps as this unit is heavy once assembled and aligning the bars while trying to tighten the nuts and bolts can be tricky.
