The chandelier is very pretty once it's hanging, but the instructions were lacking directions. You can choose which side to thread the wiring, but the side chosen will tilt more than the other.

Perfect lighting for over our finding room table. We used lower brightness LED bulbs and gives perfect lighting.

The light fixture was installed and looks great in the kitchen.

Overall looks great! Installation was fairly straightforward although the chain links had to be bent open and then bent shut again to adjust the length of the chain, which took patience as to not scuff the finish. The chain links are very sturdy though! One of the sconces was a little bent, but bent back into the right position easily enough. Overall good value for the price.

Great light fixture. Love the fact that it is dimmable and that the height/length of chain is adjustable. Well worth the price.

Terrible packaging, absolutely no instructions and no paperwork. Fortunately the instructions were included on the Home Depot product page. The quality seems just ok. I wouldn't buy this again.

The light fits into our decor of the room and is well designed with plenty of light for the area . We are very happy we bought it

Love the light. Looks great. Worst instructions ever. Hood thing I was replacing others in our house to compare. Very poor step by step piece of paper. So of your new to this stay away.

Unfortunately the screw on ring for the bottom of the chandelier is missing!!!! NOT happy!!!!

love this trinity collection...simple but elegant!

We are very happy with this chandelier. Product is very sturdy, easy to install (for someone that knows what they are doing e.g. my husband), and looks beautiful in our breakfast room. It's amazing how different a room can look with new lighting. The only negative I have for Progress Lighting is the element that the shade and bulb fit into. The element is very rough and the fastener (which holds the shade) is hard to get started and then to turn (to fasten) on the rough, grooved element. Since there is not a lot of room for your fingers to get in to manipulate the fastener as it gets closer to the base, it gets frustrating trying to attach the shade. I would hope they would improve this feature because we really do like this product.

This is a beautiful well made chandelier. We are very pleased and recommend it highly. We also recommend Home Depot Online. The variety of products is much greater than what is available in Home Depot stores.

with ceramic sockets and cheap rings with poor tolerance to hold the shades made the experience a challenge. It is done, looks okay but I will not buy this brand agian.

We purchased 8 of these lights to replace ancient incandescent 3-light fixtures in our church. Instructions were straightforward. We were happy to have a woman on hand to put these fixtures together, as the ceramic collar install is in a tight spot and smaller hands were an advantage. Also, the fixture arrives scrunched together in the box. When you spread it out, there are no grooves to know that they are in right spot...must eyeball it. Church requires a professional install, so we were hands off at that point. Installed with 21W A19 3000K frosted LED bulbs and 4 Pass & Seymour HCL453PTCCCV6 450W 3WY SP CFL Dimmer switches. Everyone was in awe as we were able to dim the lights for the Christmas presentation.

Glass shades not straight on them .Have to see ifi can fix them.

Chandelier went up easy but the electrical wire pulled on one side making it off slightly. This was fixed by adjusting the links. The metal links are strong and difficult to open but that is probably necessary to support the weight.

Product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition.

I did not install this fixture so cannot comment on ease of installation other than to say it took the electricians just a few minutes. It Is the perfect length and size for my 5x3 island. It gives off excellent lighting and looks elegant without being too formal. I also bought the matching 3 light dining room chandelier and they look great together in my small space. Not overpowering, not so traditional, not so modern. I absolutely love it. It's also easy to clean with a swiffer duster, as is the 3 light chandelier in the dining room. Also very easy to change the bulbs. The materials used are good quality. Not plastic made to look like metal!

Love this chandelier! Very simple yet elegant. Better than pictured. Looks great across my dining room table. We got a dimmer switch put in to control the lighting. Love it! We have gotten many compliments. Looks more expensive than it is.

I purchased this light fixture along wih the 12 light chandler from the same family. Between the two lights, I needed to return them 3 times due to defective products or missing pieces which couldn't allow us to hang them. Looks great now that they are up, but it wasn't good that the Home Depot customer service reps knew me by name.

The chandelier gives off good light and is hanging over my staircase and it looks very nice. I would recommend this as being an excellent purchase.
