Needed to replace a recessed light in a hall that had a hole cut too large, this covered it nicely and matched alabaster shades on dining fixture.

Big Light, small space
I Installed 4 of the lights in a Large room and they Look Great !
no center hole on the glass to attach to fixture is a Nice Look.
its a little tricky to Line up the screw holes to the fixture upon installation, but a little persistence and its done.
Lots of light and works great with a dimmer switchs for fine tuning the lights to the room : )

Looks good but difficult to change bulbs
Fortunately I didn't have to install the two fixtures in our bathroom. They look good. I just had the challenge of changing the light bulbs. As others have reported the domes are hard to get to unscrew. It took some easy pounding on the side of glass dome counterclockwise with the palm of my hand. After I got them off, I put some Vaseline in the dome grooves/tracks. Hopefully it will make them easier to change bulbs in the future.

Perfect!
We bought 2 of these lights...one for our laundry room and the other for our mud room. They were the perfect size and finish. They match our existing cabinet knobs perfect!

Great deal for the price!
Looks great - matches my sconces.
Installation was a little tricky as it's hanging from the ceiling and a little difficult to find the holes for the bolts.

Very nice product
Nice quality for the price. For retrofit install, I needed to change some of the mounting hardware, but no major problem.

Evil Lightbulb Change
Had a professional install so didn't have to deal with that. However, the bulbs are impossible to change. The globe will not budge at all. Despite me, myself, and my husband trying the first time, we couldn't get it to budge. Conveniently had a handyman around the house a week later and he fixed it the first time. However, I was without light in my room the second time because once again we couldn't get the globe to twist off.
Found the review here helpful in taking a hair dryer to it and heating the base of the globe and rapping on it with our knuckles (team of four with two hairdriers on high). Did that for not even ten minutes and we were able to twist it off with a little bit of a push. Hope someone finds this review helpful

Looks amazing
Purchased this light for the two spare rooms in my house. They look great. Awesome alternative if you do not like the "nipple" on the lights. I am not sure as to the ease of installing because someone else installed them, but from look alone, they are great!

Nice look, bad execution on the design
Initially I liked the look of the design and it worked great for installing in our basement bathroom. However, just as the other reviewers, found the (2) screws through the insulation to be a little more difficult than needed for a simple light install. More importantly, the molded glass insert areas are more than likely not identical on every light produced. I will tell you with all certainty that I have been doing home remodels for a very long time and have never had a glass fixture fall and break. First, this bathroom is below our living room on the first floor which has considerable traffic with 3 children. Bouncing balls, jumping up and down, etc. I installed the unit correctly by twisting the light into place. I verified it was in-place, but over the course of 1 week, vibration and fact that there was nothing securing the glass shade in (i.e. screws), it fell. Tile floor in the bathroom and a toilet underneath...you can guess what happened. Listen, without reviews, people would never have an idea about the various products out there. I appreciate comments both positive and negative. BTW, we bought a vanity and never read the reviews...shipped with broken marble tops from everyone. If I would have read that to begin with, never would have bought it...ours was shipped the same way. Thanks.
