Missing parts after installing. Home Depot did not help, and manufacturer did not help

Several of the connecting rods were not attached and half of the globes were broken when I received this unit. I glued the connecting rods myself and borrowed some globes from a second unit I had purchased. In the end it looked great and was worth the deeply discounted price I paid.

Beautiful piece!! Very heavy and a little difficult to install just because of height of ceiling and weight of unit. But totally worth it. It was a little darker in color than expected but will still match the other oil rubbed color decore. Great value for the price!!

This Light Fixture was received damage and was not noticed until the Electrician was installing it. Two end cap were missing where the rope attaches. We had to come up with a temp fix for right now.

Beautiful chandelier even though my box was badly damaged. Placing this beautiful thing on the front outside porch! Can't wait to see it in all its glory!
