Came with a dent but still works

Intended to use it to warm outdoor social space. Heat is as expected, but it's too noisy to talk over.

I would be nice if you could attach the propane nipple by hand instead of having to use a wrench but other then that it’s a nice little heater

Not exactly a diesel/ kerosene forced air heater but it definitely works, and works pretty good for propane. Good unit for the price. Only thing I’d done differently is more BTU. Otherwise a decent product at a decent price

Does not put out much heat. I would expect it to hurt if I put my bare hand in front of the tube. I could barely feel heat that way.

Its small but works good.

My ProCom Magnum lasted 1 year before the control valve failed. Tech support is virtually unreachable. Call wait times are ridiculous. I was told wait time was 5 minutes, 25 minutes later a tech answered the phone and then we were disconnected. I called right back and was told wait time was now 37 minutes.

BEWARE when you consider this one. I bought this unit to supplement a super 30,000 btu propane heater from Grangers I have used for 8 years. The Home Depot unit took 3 weeks to arrive and came out of the box with nice paint and finish. Very attractive. Only problem is it will not light. These units are relatively simply and require only a fuel supply and an ignitor buttom push and they should lite. You can see the flash of the ignitor if it is working and mine will not spark at all. Very disappointing and I urge your caution in buying this unit. This is not usual HD quality. Note it is a new item and maybe that is the issue. My heater goes back tomorrow!

Works great and produces a very warming type of heat, much better than a kerosene type heater.mcd

Actual burner works fine, construction/setup are the worst. Left running for 45 min to heat a small single car garage and the foot pegs combusted. As the rest of the unit seems fine may remove pegs and try again with a non flammable stand. Just glad I was keeping an eye on my first run with this non-reviewed heater. Short.. Blower / heater work fine.. DO NOT use supplied foot stands!!!
