Customer Reviews for Prime-Line Mill Finish, Screen Hanger and Latch

I had to return 8 boxes of these. The ones delivered are defective because the loop at the top where the nail goes in is not there!!! it is below the sides and the hole is not accessible. Totally a waste of time and money! Don't buy this product unless you are certain they will work. I ordered mine one line and the product I got is NOT what is shown.

Prime-Line must have outsourced design and production to a family of monkeys. First, product is not as shown: the hole in the hangers is drilled between the fins so a hammer can't reach the nail. I had to substitute two flat-head screws. Second, even though there are 2 hangers (one for each side of the screen frame), there's only one latch for the bottom edge.

Worked fine, looks appropriate.

It was exactly the right size to replace the missing piece, and it appears to be well-made.

Easy to install. Perfect.

These screen hangers are top notch and hold the screens nicely. I can leave them up all year and then slide the screens in when I need to. These will last a long time, longer than plastic in severe weather conditions.
