Some of the wood was broken I opened the box and water gets in when it rains.

Several damaged peices, so I called the number, and extremely difficult to get through. I sent pics and receipts, they ignored me. Add claims its big enough for a great dane. No its not. Very flimsy dog house for a large beast. I manage to get it together after fixing it, and reinforcing it. Should have just custom built one. Thats my recommendation. This is certainly not worth 180$. I expected better.

too weak bottom collapse almost immediately not for medium size dogs.

The doghouse was too small and it was supposed to be an extra large it’s not an extra large at least for my dog now I have a $210 dog house I can’t get rid of

dog house is not as large as stated.....poor construction.....over priced

The wood was broken. And fragile. Was not expecting this for the price of the house

The dog house was very beautiful but unfortunately the size dimensions given to me on chat were false! When I received the dog house the dimensions on the box were smaller than was quoted to me on the Help chat! Furthermore, when I put the dog house together it was even smaller than the box stated. I have an English Mastiff and she is a big girl! She couldn't even get in the door!I am so disappointed that I will never purchase anything from Home Depot ever again! I was lied to from the start!I refused to disassemble the dog house to ship it back, instead I donated it to a little boy who lives down the street, whose parents could not afford to buy him a dog house for his dog. It does work perfect for his size dog!

I got this dog house for my new best friend and he loves it. It was very easy to put together. Thanks
