Design issues
Replaced old cartridges that were leaking...now the leaking is fixed...bought this kit as it matched by sink faucets but as you can see in the photo...something just aint right! Is there any way to make the handle fit more flush against the flange? I really like the look and feel of this kit, but it just doesn't fit right. please help.

Pretty but not durable!
Wasn't long after having installed this new hardware that we had to replace the tub spout because the shower lever wouldn't work correctly. We also have the matching bathroom sink faucet and the sink drain finish has worn off (due to cleaning I guess).

The best thing to do for cleaning any Pfister product is to use a soft cloth, with soap and water solution, or a 50/50 mixture of water and distilled vinegar. This will remove any build up or water spots, without damaging the finish. Looks great but..
I have fitted Pfisters products through out my house. A little costly but worth the Tuscan look and I love the engineering of Pfisters products. Home Depot with sell the Bronze set or kits but not a extended shower arm, for example... I'm not paying $80 for a 10" piece of Tuscan pipe with a little bend!! OR $72 for a single hole Over Flow Plate because the drain kit on the tub is single hole.
Easy to install, easy snap on fittings but...
I've had to call in on warranty a few times;
Tub Spout; difficult to switch to shower, lever will not engage the shower head, replaced.
The Pressure & Temp Valve; it's a great pressure valve but the temperature (cold to hot) of the water is not consistent. It will jump dramatically within a small adjustment. It's cold to luke warm for 90% and real hot for at 92% and at 93% OMG!!.
The hot water tank temp has been reduced because of all 3 valves we have re and re-re-installed, UNSOLVED.
The Shower Head; The head was real noisy, like the water was going thru this tiny restricted hole... just noisy. Customer service could not hear me properly over the phone while I stood in the bathroom with the shower running. They replaced with a different style rain head.
FINALLY; I really didn't know adjusting the water pressure WAS NOT an option until I installed it.
