Easy to install look a great and works great. We bought one of their faucets too quality products.

I had a plumber install it and he cost me $130 for about half an hour work. The Krause works very well

I indicate that I would recommend this product. In actuality, I remain undecided. Answers to my questions here determine my final decision. Vitals: Purchase date, around 31 October, 2016. Installation date, 16 July, 2017. Very easy to install; product appears durable; finish flawless. Today, something happened to the pop up mechanism where the stopper separated from the drain. The stopper still has the small threaded element [brass?] still screwed into it. Peering into the drain, I see the pop up spring still within its housing along with what I surmise is an assembly screw. Perhaps that small screw backed out a bit - is this something that I can repair/reassemble myself? If so, please reply how. I'd hate to buy a replacement, since the stopper is still good. I've never had any trouble with Kraus products in the past.

Was exactly what we needed and was the best price available.

If your sink does not have a over flow port then this will work for you. we were using a vessel faucet on a 3-hole vanity top so it had a overflow port. Unfortunately Kraus does not make one so we had to use a Satin Nickel Delta pop up with overflow. Other than that all the Kraus faucets and trim were stylish and have the look of quality. Very happy with the results.

I was looking for an bronze color pop up drain for my vessel sink to match a bronze faucet that I previously purchased from home depot. I've used another brands pop up drain (not related to my faucet) before in the same finish and LOVED it but since that brand was out of stock online and in the stores and I needed something now, I went with the Kraus brand. Personally I'm not happy with the way the Kraus brand looks. The color is more black than it is bronze and it has a ring of copper on the edge. For my single handle bronze faucet by Pfister, the Vigo brand popup matches perfectly. If someone needs an bronze color that looks bronze and not black - I wouldn't go with the Kraus. As far as function goes - we haven't installed it yet so I can't speak in regards to this. I'm going to wait and purchase the Vigo when it comes back.
