Solid construction and build quality. The nailer is easy to use with any air compressor. Simple to use and looks great. It's a good size that fits in your palm nicely. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a nailer that is easy to use and has a good value.

i purchased through home depot web store . after trying everything I couldn't get it to work consistently. It constantly jammed up . I returned it thinking it was a fluke and purchased another one and different nails. It was even worse . I spent 3 times as much and bought a rigid. It works flawlessly. Thanks China.

Haven't used it a ton, but seems solid.

Item is a white label for Rigid. (I believe)... Had zero issues, altho, it's a bit of a pain to get the nails in. I will definitely buy HD white label again for any other tools and at 1/3 of the cost - yahoo :)

I highly advise purchasing this tool. It is a GREAT PRICE and performed well for my 2 projects. It is lightweight, easy to hold and there were no nail jams. It worked well on my small compressor. I made a doll bed with a trundle bed underneath and a child’s rocking chair for my granddaughter.

Right out of the box it leaked from O rings within the trigger assembly. I returned it.

The nails jammed after about 200 or so nails and could not be made usable easily.

Nailer works well at a very competitive price. I've used it only for putting up crown molding in one room so far. Although it was set for maximum depth, I had to use a hammer and nail set to drive about 50% of the 2 inch nails I was using a little deeper. No jams.

did the job, installed barn board and tongue and groove in a 12 x 16 enclosed porch. Make sure your compressor is set and operating at the appropriate psi. none marring tip does mar!

It is what I have come to expect from HDX. Very good product great value. I am no more than a weekend/home owner/hobbyist level user, I cant really speak to the longevity of the tool. It is replacing a 16yr old Porter Cable that has been repaired and rebuilt, may be again.

I am please with the over all performance of the nail gun.

I picked up 6 of these at the after Christmas sale for less then $10 each. Im a contractor and expected the nail gun to die within the first week. NOPE. Its still going. My porter cables need to be cleaned every few weeks do to where they are used, So far Ive beaten the snot out of these and not even a miss fire. I may have to rethink the brands I buy. Is popular name brand and more money really better...hum

This air nailer worked great no problems used 2" and 2-1/2" nails put in over 400 feet of trim. I had bostitch nailer for about 10 years ago had problems with air leaking through trigger could not get it fixed so I bought this one it worked great and I save about $80.00 so thanks

Defective out of the box, bought it as an extra, wouldn't even shoot a nail first fewe tries.. After I drove a few nails it seemed to start working right. but I didn't drive enough nails to see if the problen of not resetting after driving a nail would occur again. The nail gun correct operation is suppose to drive a nail and recoil instantly and not after you move the nose away from the material. I have tried 3 of this same nail gun and all developed the same problem. I definately will return this nailer. The box is a very plain white generic box with the contents label on the sides of the box. It is not a bad nailer if the recoil/ reset problem is resolved.

This is my first air-powered tool of any kind. I did not want to spend a lot because I only have fairly small jobs to do around the house, and not too many of those. I bought this because I was building some shelves in a closet I have re-purposed to be a pantry. I found the nailer very esy to use and very straightforward in loading and operation. And the price is right.

This HDX 16 gage air nailer goes perfectly with the HDX 2 gallon air compressor. Depth adjustment is a snap and I have not had one missed or double shot. It works much better than my Porter Cable which would often miss shots and was very erratic. The HDX takes 2 ½ inch nails without exposing them to damage by sticking out the bottom like my old nailer. It was flawless no matter what size nail I used Even though I did not have a jamb I checked how the front jamb clean out worked and it is, literally a snap. Just make sure you use oil frequently. The only drawback I found is it does not have a case, only a very tight fitting cardboard box.
