The imagery is fair nothing to brag about. The crackling sounds more like pop corn popping. The fish tank is silent and the imagery is poor. The heater worked for about 30 seconds. We tried all the trouble shooting advice but no luck. From my research, the Dimplex lcd wall mounted fireplace is the one we should have gone for. So we will be returning this fireplace. On the positive the delivery was prompt, very good.
