Nice but the vent isn't as pictured
The vent is oriented as if the short side of the window is at the top/bottom. I removed the vent to enlarge the hole in the plastic fixture for a new pipe and made my own flashing so it wasn't an issue. The vent is a bit dinky. The window was packaged well in foam and it's good quality with clear-ish silicon/sealant holding all the blocks together. I found install instructions on the MFG's site. Another reviewer stated type S mortar was good, which I used and worked well.

Excellent!
Its hard to find a window with the thermal qualities of glass block and a dryer vent. Instead of using mortal, I used pressure treated wood and vinyl stop to install. I replace a leaky 1940s single pane aluminum window and I'm very pleased with results.

Great Window - Wrong Vent Orientation
This product was great, but the dryer vent orientation, which dictates the orientation of the window, was inconsistent with the pictures online. I had seen from other reviews that vents were not always consistently located. As such, I looked specifically for where to specify the orientation of the vent when ordering, but could not find anything. I called Home Depot and asked about the orientation, but was told that it would be consistent with the picture online and that I could return the window if there was any issue. I needed to install the window horizontally, but when it arrived the vent would only close if the window was installed vertically. The vent as pictured was located in the middle of the sort side of the window, while the vent arrived in the middle of the long side. This would prevent it from being installed. It is not trivial to return a glass block window that was delivered on a pallet, and there is no certainty that the next window would be delivered correctly. As such, we cut our window apart with a drywall knife, rebuilt the glass block and vent into the correct layout, and glued it back together with new silicone. The final result was great, but there was a lot of work to correct a mistake that could have been prevented with a simple dialogue box when ordering.

Met expectations
Very pleased with this purchase. Quality product at decent price. Needed a window with a dryer vent. Installation was easy and like the appearance of the glass block.

Glass Block Window with dryer vent
Windows were delivered in about a week vs the 30 days promised. Were sitting on my front porch before I knew they were shipped. Well packaged and in good shape when delivered. Silicone glue used to assemble blocks much sturdier than conventional grout and did not require a band around the assembled window. Close fit of individual blocks make slight irregularities in the assembly obvious up close but not noticeable from a distance. Installation instructions were great except would have helped if they had mentioned that Type S mortar is recommended.

very poor vent
the vent is fixed sideways and there is no way for the louvers to close when you are done with the dryer. No spring or way for them to close. The vent stays open with this configuration. Not very well thought out for what is was built for.

Good Quality
Product was very good, measurements were exact. Well protected with foam for shipment. Will be ordering the same product without dryer vent for other window. Glass block cement used from Home Depot was also of good quality.

Great
I havnt installed this product yet because Im waiting for warmer weather. It arrived before it was originally suppose to and that was a big plus. The product arrived in Perfect condition. I was a little worried it might be chipped or damaged in some way but not a scratch on it. The company packaged it well so don't worry about that. I plan on installing it and buying several more this spring. The others are standard sizes that are stocked at my local HD store so I can just pick them up. Great looking product and cant wait to install it.

Vented Basement Window
Install was easy. Had already done 3 other windows so pretty much had it down to a science. Looks fantastic and couldn't be more pleased. Shipped within a week of ordering, which said it would ship after 3 weeks so thrilled it came alot sooner.

The product is well-built and looks great.
I needed a glass block window unit with a dryer vent and that's what I got. Simple install, vent works well. Though, the moisture and lint from the dryer vent runs down the window and pools beneath the window unit. It was a personal preference, but I didn't want a water issue over time and have lint sticking onto my window. So I installed a pvc pipe through the dyer vent to stick out a few inches to get the moisture away from my house. Works great, it might have been a little over-kill. But I'm happy.

Disappointed
Product pictured on HomeDepot.com is not/not what was delivered (delivered product was made using two (2) different sizes of glass block vice the one (1) size shown in on-line, and the dryer vent was not positioned as pictured). Also, Home Depot does not carry a glass block mortar (either Sakrete or Basalite), thereby making installation more difficult than necessary (unless you are willing to use Type S mortar, which Basalite claims is for use with glass block). Will buy the materials separately and build my own next time.

A fine product with a silly vent
This totally fits the bill in my basement. Easy to install and a super value compared to the cost and labor of laying individual glass blocks. The dryer vent is a fine idea, with a flaw. It's not as pictured here. It's one block to the right, which was not a problem in my case. What's silly is that the vent louvers close with gravity and only when the window is installed vertically. They didn't manufacture the vent to be able to be turned 90 degrees to work in a (presumably more common) horizontal installation. It was fairly easily remedied with the separate purchase of an off-the-shelf dryer vent from my local hardware store, but it ought to have been a slam dunk without the separate purchase. Very pleased overall.
