I put it up myself by watching the video on Home Depot website. Took me about an hour. I love my shutter doors!

Very nice and light to the touch to push and swing the door which also covers enough space to provide visual privacy. Only comes in one color (finished wood). Would be nice if you could get it already painted!

The doors were easy to assemble. I thought the direction picture was to small and hard to see. I have had this item for about two weeks and have received complements on its looks. Definitely meets our expectations.

Love this product...It came unfinished but was easily painted. Fits great in the space I chose. All hardware was included which was a plus. The online order was here in less than a week and no problem with store pickup. Assembly was a breeze also.n

Perfect for what I intended! Hardest part is painting them! Louvers are TOUGH--was using chalk paint so not an option for spraying.

Good product

I ordered this door for a 36" opening and installed the components on the door and sill as instructed. The first thing I noticed was the doors split where the fasteners were inserted, next thing is the doors would not swing by one another, I had to move hinges to allow the doors to swing properly. Pre-drilling the holes was not required.

Doors are great and provide perfect amount of privacy for the doorway between my master bedroom and bath. Installation was a bit more difficult than it should have been due to doors being not quite wide enough for doorway and screws being too short. I used longer screws to make sure they went into the wood frame around the doorway and broke off a couple of them. I also had trouble lining up the doors. I would suggest you put one up at the height you want, then have someone help hold the other door in place while you mark. Our measurements were perfect and yet doors still did not line up perfectly. After a few adjustments and multiple holes in my wall, they are lined up almost perfectly now. My other suggestion is if your doorway is a little too wide and there is too much of a gap between your café doors, buy some wood molding strips (painted white), cut them to exact length of the café door (the side that will be mounted). Use wood glue and finishing nails to attach the strips to the doors (I used packing tape to hold the strips in place until they were nailed on. Then use a little white caulk to fill in the seam between the strip and the door. Then measure and mount your hardware and mount your doors. This worked so well that you can't tell anything was added to the café doors and they fit perfectly now. I definitely recommend these doors, but you do need to be a little handy.

I paid about $75 extra to get the painted doors instead of the unpainted version. They did a really good job on the painting, and considering all the louvers, I think it's worth it. Installation is relatively easy, BUT the directions don't tell you that the bottom hinge pin brackets CAN be adjusted to ensure that the two doors line up when closed (i.e., perpendicular to the door frames and lined up with each other). Measure your door opening carefully - I had to purchase, paint, and install extra boards to mount the hinges on so that the gap between the doors was small.

My spouse and I are pleased with the product. We did not want a solid door for this location and the cafeteria doors provided a degree of privacy while allowing for air flow and light.

We didn't want fold doors or full doors so this is the perfect solution! We have traced the top of the doors it there going to put a valence out of plywood at the top of the door to disguise the ugly lighting fixture. A first time operator did this installation – easy to follow instructions! Job well done!

We wanted to get shutters to cover up 2 crawl spaces in the basement. I was ready to buy custom shutters online for over $100/set when my husband saw these. We bought the unfinished doors, cut off the top to make it straight, spray-painted them white and hung them up using cabinet hinges. They look absolutely beautiful and we saved over $100.

Perfect fit, beautifully painted, all hardware included, easy to install! Wanted for a long time and could not be happier! The grandkids love them because they remind them of saloon doors. :))

This was exactly what I was looking for until I opened up the package a seen that the overall measurements were 24in not each door. They should have this flagged in red. Would've gave it 5stars

Stained in early American and then used polyurethane crystal clear gloss spray, looks beautiful!

These are very nice lightweight doors for the price. We wanted to define space between a bedroom and bathroom and they are perfect. They come with all the required hardware. They can swing closed or be left open.

Only 2 negative comments: there was no indication that the hardware was included with the doors, in fact the comment was made online that others who made the same purchase also purchased the hardware separately; also the doors were shaped slightly different at the top. That being said, once they were painted white, the tops sanded and shaped so they were matching, and hung they look terrific.
