My soap dispenser pump does not work and got a replacement. This is first class service and manufacturer warranty.

We have had the Mareille faucet in our original home we built 17 years ago. We have had to replace a few parts on the sprayer and one last year on the soap dispenser. We have never had any issues with the faucet. Every time we have contacted Pfister regarding replacement parts they were sent quickly without any issues. Honestly, I would expect something used every day, several times a day, to wear out after some time. The fact Pfister warrants their product for a lifetime is almost non existent in todays throw away world. We will be building a new home soon and guess what ALL our faucets will be? Pfister!

I bought the four piece faucet in 2007 and highly recommend purchasing this faucet. Since purchasing it, Pfister modified the parts in their soap dispenser. Excellent modification.

I have replace this pump twice already, It has never been an efficient unit, more often than not is sputters and rarely does it give a continuous and even flow of liquid detergent..

Second time needing replacement of the soap dispenser and each time the request was quickly answered. Love a company that still keeps their promise of lifetime replacement and resolves the issue without any stress.

Since these dispensers are not on display in brick and mortar stores, matching with already-installed faucets is a matter of chance. I crossed my fingers and ordered this, and it DOES match up reasonably well. Easy to install, works fine, and looks great.
