[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased your product back in 2003 when we remodeled our bathroom and to be honest we had really horrible well water and we never had any issues or problems with the pressure valves or anything. I kept it looking almost new and after purchasing another home, I took them with to use at the new house for the remodel of that bathroom in 2015, before I got that nightmare done I hade misplaced the spacer and rubber ring or something, anyways there were three parts I needed and I found my paperwork that came with it in 2003 and called and spoke to your sales rep Larry whom was awesome and hooked me up completely. I was very shocked to find out that I could still get parts and I did not have to buy a whole new faucet. From that experience alone, I see no other brand to buy in the future. You guys Rocked it for me!!! Thanks a million. cindydewar :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built our home almost 10 years ago, and had this model installed as well as wide spread faucets in the bathrooms. about 3 months ago, the shower in our guest bathroom would only flow hot water. I called and told the customer support person, and they shipped out a valve free of charge! I sincerely appreciate a company that stands behind their products. That alone will keep me as a customer

Had this for some time. Works smoothly, handle turns easily, doesn't drip. Did have to have shower head replaced but warranty covered it and quickly sent replacement.
