Beautiful faucet!

It is an average replacement…the faucet is not long enough to have water go down the drain, particularly when running the garbage disposal. This was a replacement for a pull-down faucet.

This product is attractive but has some shortcomings. The manufacture says it has a stainless steel "finish". The problem is that in some parts of the faucet under that "finish" are either base metal or plastic. So over time what you thought was all stainless steel either breaks or corrodes. The manufacture has been good about sending replacements but it would be better if this faucet was actually all stainless steel and did not therefore fail as I have experienced and require replacement.

I had to remove my old Pfister faucet because it was old and broke. The new one fits fine in the old location and looks great.

Works well and looks great! Does not require much space for the on/off lever.

We bought this faucet over 20 years ago and it has performed flawlessly. It just recently started to seep and replacement were still available . I easily installed the parts and we are back in business hopefully for another 20 plus years

The faucet looks great and is easy to keep clean. There was a problem with the sprayer but a replacement is being sent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this a few years ago and use it on a double bowl sink. From turning the spout from on bowl to the other bowl it becomes very loose. I frequently have to crawl under the sink to tighten the nut on the threaded rod holding the Faucet in place. I am an older person and have to get someone to do it for me. ???????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original was over ten years old and was broken. The lifetime warranty allowed us to select a replacement model that fit our sink, was easy to install, and is better than the old one. Pfizer customer service was excellent and helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this kitchen tap for 10 years and the only problem I had was a loose handle in year 10 and they sent me a new one right away for free. Great value and customer service.

The center nut that has to be tightened Is difficult to get a wrench on. That was the only problem I had installing it. I am happy with it looks and operates.

I had a plumber work on a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. He couldn't help but notice my old 15 year old faucet. He told us that Pfister products had a lifetime guarantee and we should call the company for a replacement. We are senior citizens and there usually isn't extra money for replacing a kitchen faucet so we were "making do" with what we had. We were very scepticle but curious at the same time, so we called Pfister. We were absolutely flabbergasted when "just like that", your representative told us that she would initiate an order for a brand new replacement kitchen faucet at absolutely no cost to us whatsoever! Wow! This is like a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that actually stands behind their guarantee 100%. BRAVO! Our new faucet is beautiful and I can't help thinking about the fact that there are still good people in the world every time I use it. Thank you for renewing my faith in customer service.

Bought this several months ago. I needed a faucet that was easy to install and use. Because of a disability I appreciate the ease of turning it on and off and adjusting the water flow because we are in a drought stricken area and must cut our water usage. This makes it easy to do. The spray arm helps to conserve water usage as well. I wasn't ready for a higher priced faucet because I will be doing a remodel soon but this faucet was such a nice surprise for the low cost and high quality. A quick wipe cleans everything. It's truly the shining star of my kitchen!
