This is my second order of this exact same item. I re ordered because the "strings" popped thru the cords so they do not work. TWICE! I re-ordered them because I was not 100% sure they were not raised and lowered with due care. Well it is EXACTLY 30 days later and THIS unit no longer will go up. I can assure you care was used each and every time they raised and lowered. There are no kids in this household. I will request a refund of this unit as it is thirty days. BEWARE!!!

Product is made of sturdy material and compliments the room decor. Adds color and warmth to the room, as well as keeping bright sun out. Installation was not too difficult. It is easy to operate as well. It met my expectations and the only thing I did not like was that it could not be ordered in quarter inch sizes, as well as half inch sizes.

I don't usually write reviews but these shades are awesome. These cellular shades are thicker then some others we've had in the past. The blackout feature darkens the room well. The shades open and close easily. They are sturdy and built to last. We like them so much we bought them for all of the other bedrooms.

Had this shade only for four years and one of the chords broke. At almost $100 per shade, the cord should last longer than 4 years.

I bought this product on November 2020 for my office. By April 20, 2020 the internal cords broke and now I have to purchase a replacement. Not good quality. The internal strings are too small relative to the function because you have to raise and lower the shade by hand by grasping the middle of the shade and pulling it down and using your palm to raise it up. There is no string to raise and lower the shade, thus when pulling the middle of the shade down the strings on one side broke.

Fit like they were specifically made for the windows !!!

We have these blinds in the 31” size in our entire upstairs and love them so naturally I turned to this brand for a large window we have upstairs. However I’m very disappointed because we haven’t had the blind a month and its already sagging. I don’t know if its a defective product but it is just opened and closed once a day as the rest of our blinds. I’d return it but i no longer have the original packaging as I loved our other blinds and never anticipated a problem. Very disappointed.

I would not reccommend this product. I was very happy with this shade. The shade was as described. Knowing that this is a delicate shade, I have always lifted and closed gently. I am the only one who lifts and pulls it closed. Now all of a sudden it won't stay up on one side, and one side just hangs down. I'm assuming a string has snapped inside. For this price I would expect a better quality and a shade that would last longer than a year.

I love it.....Maybe a little pricey, but it keeps my bedroom cool being in Florida sunshine all day.Plus it keeps that sunlight out.....so much so I just ordered another.....Was so easy to install....happy customer,.

The only reason I gave this shade a 4 star rating is because it was bent so hard the back side of the plastic body was white . The box was not bent or damaged so it was put into the box and shipped to me this way. Other then that I really like these shades.

I love my new cordless blackout blinds. Not only do they block out the sun and heat, but they are so much easier to lift and lower. I am looking into replacing all blinds in my home, that have cords or strings, as they tend to get twisted and affect the user's ability to lower or lift blind.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. The paper was creased in multiple locations that was not appropriate. It was easy to install for sure. I don’t believe the shades are worth $150 or so. They are good for black out but I would recommend getting them larger than your window insI was very disappointed with the quality of the product. The light does bleed from underneath because the shade is not able to completely lay flat.

Good quality and very easy to mount. Instructions say to angle blind into place onto brackets. I found it easiest to just push them straight up and snap them in place. We chose linen and the color works well with our log cabin decor. The dark color contrasts nicely with light pine logs.
