I was looking for the right kettle to replace my old version. When I came across this kettle, the features, and the excellent warranty I decided to purchase it. It has been an exact fit for what I need for tea, and any thing requiring hot water, I will consider replacing it with the same or improved model.

This is my first Cuisinart kettle and I love it. I especially love the temp settings in this and the keep warm feature. Its a great everyday use piece in my kitchen and it's holding up very well so far.

I’m an avid tea drinker and received this for Christmas.It was a wonderful surprise! I love this electric kettle. It heats up quickly and has different heat options for different types of tea, plus it has an automatic keep warm setting. This is a well made appliance and very easy to use. I would recommend this for anyone who loves tea or other hot beverages.

This Kettle is awesome! No more heating up at kettle on the stove top! with all the temperature settings you get the perfect cup of tea or pressed coffee that you want in the morning, And it will also keep the temperature for up to 30 minutes after you use it if you don’t turn it off. Love this purchase!

This kettle is easy to use, looks good and heats up fast. All the buttons are lit up to see better. I have not used the keep warm button so I have nothing to say on that. I have been in the market for an electric kettle for about a month and I chose this one not for all this has but also the Cuisinart brand. It’s a bit more expensive but I think it’s also quality you are buying as well.

I usually like to wait to review, but companies like to push out reviews quickly. So far, I really like our new Cuisinart Cordless Electric Kettle. It has a nice look and great choices for water temperatures, and it boils much quicker than any other kettle I have had. Therefore, my initial review is that this is a great kettle.

This purchase was from my visit overseas and their common use of electrical kettles. This kettle has different settings depending on the drink. I love the ease, press your desired heat and walk away.

Absolutely love this kettle. The temperature control make this 5 star! I love this so much I take it along traveling. Hope they make a smaller version for tea for two travel.

The water heats quickly and stays at temp for 30 minutes. This is really helpful if I have to tend to something else in the meantime and don’t back to my kettle right away. I returned my previous kettle because it didn’t have a keep warm feature.

Love this! I was on the fence between a standard tea kettle vs electric. I reviewed a bunch before deciding on this. Works as claimed and my jasmine and green teas are so much better! I also drink lots of herbal teas. This heats water very fast! The temp control is fabulous. I knew temps should be lower for my teas, but was too impatient to let the boiling water cool for long and grew accustomed to bitter green teas. No more! Huge difference if you are a tea lover like me. The water gauge and swivel are also very nice features. While the “stay warm” feature holds temp for only 30-minutes, I have found the water stays hot for a good long time. If you have to reheat at all, only takes a few seconds. I don’t understand complaints about noise. It only makes noise when it is really close to temp—the sound of steam building in the kettle—not the actual device. Not a big deal at all and short-lived. I also don’t understand cleaning complaints. If I end up with hard water deposits, vinegar and a brush will work. I use filtered RO water for my tea, so shouldn’t be an issue. These are not designed to cook tea—and why would you? Tea (even black) is not meant to be boiled and cooked. A tea “pot” is for steeping. A tea “kettle” is for heating water. I would never do both in the same vessel. The “filter” is in case you have sediment in your water—not intended for actually brewing tea—although it looks like some people do. I have a separate glass teapot I use for actual brewing, so this is perfect. This is a little heavy when filled to max, but not unmanageable. I only fill to 1.5L (shoulder issue) rather than max and it is plenty of water and easy to handle. Love it! Hopefully, it lasts. If I have any issues, I will amend my review. I will add, I have a Cuisinart steam/bake toaster oven and also love that. Have had for a couple years now, use it a lot and NO issues. I sent another brand back that was inferior. So I am thinking this is a high-quality product. If it goes bad out of warranty, I will happily purchase another as I appreciate a good quality product and have used the heck out of it.

Excellent kettle, purchased to replace an older model that lasted nearly a decade. There isn’t a comparable model of similar quality available, even after many years. Temp control is accurate and easy to adjust. The kettle is cycled upwards of 10 times every day throughout the day from the first cuppa in the morning to the last before bed. Expect it to last and work perfectly year after year.

I like the different temperature options depending on kind of tea being used. It also boils the water quickly.

This item is really convenient and easy to use. Makes really good cups of tea. The water heats up really fast. I highly recommend!

It quickly provides hot water at just the right temperature for making coffee in our French Press. It also has many other temperature settings available, and looks great on our kitchen counter, too.

This kettle is perfect for heating water for your tea. It heats quickly and stays hot for a long time after it turns off. There’s no guess work as to when the water has reached the desired temp because it beeps to let you know. I’m not that big of a tea drinker, so I use it daily for making my instant coffee, cocoa, grits, or oatmeal. I love it, and it looks pretty as well.

I love this technology! The options to heat according to need is just fun. Getting it to turn all the way off is still a puzzle, wish that part were simpler. Also wish it held more water! Still, huge improvement over my last unit!

My daughter-in-law from Japan explained to me that different teas require different brewing temps. Following a lot of guess work with my whistling tea pot for brewing green tea, I spotted this kettle on the internet and have been totally pleased. It looks great on my counter, functions perfectly, is well manufactured and not only lets me brew at the correct temp, but also conveniently re-fill the pot for the afternoon dividend, again at just the right temp. Fast, precise and convenient at a reasonable price. Definitely stands out above the low-end, budget priced offerings.

Received great gift for Mother’s Day; so happy to have the perfect temp and have it hold for 30 minutes!

I saw this at my daughter's house and I really liked it and purchased mine.

When I bought this it was for my black tea. I have been able to keep my black tea brewing and it gets good and rich. My only wish is that it would start on longer. I have to keep restarting it too keep my tea hot.

I originally wanted A teakettle because my boyfriend is an obsessive tea drinker almost every night so I decided to invest in one since my old way of boiling water was taking too long and sometimes the water will evaporate out of the pot LOL. This tea kettle has many temperature settings for various types of tea’s or coffee. It has a really sleek and elegant stainless steel finish which truly compliments my already stainless steel kitchen appliances so it blends in perfectly on my counter top. Also when you select your desired temperature, that button will light up in a cool blue color and the “warming button” will illuminate a clear white color. (Pics Attached) It will also light the same color in blue in the measurement area of where the water is being boiled in the kettle. This cool blue light effect only takes place when the kettle is connected to the base. But once you put the kettle back on the base and have the “warming” feature on, it will continue. This kettle also recognizes the prior water temp setting and will resume if you decide to use that same setting. If you want another setting just select it. The water boils to just the right temperature and even “beeps” to let you know that it’s ready to pour...lol. Remember, there is also a “warming” feature to keep the water warm just in case you might need a second cup or making tea/ coffee for your family or friends. I love it I don’t know what I was doing all these years without it but I’m glad I purchased one and I love it. My boyfriend also loves it too. Thank you

I was looking for an electric kettle that was not as heavy as a Breville, and that would have a lower temperature setting than 175 degrees. After looking at a lot of options, the one from Cuisinart had all the requirements. It is sturdy, yet not too heavy, and it has a setting at 160 degrees, which is the temperature I needed for my tea. For all of those reasons, I give it 5 stars!

This kettle gets great reviews and it is deserved. It’s my hardest working appliance and it looks great on counter and easy to keep clean (white). Multiple heat settings and holds heat well.

I love this kettle. It is sleek and modern and heats water to your preferred temperature in no time - and keeps it warm! We make coffee in a French press every morning and drink tea throughout the day, meaning our kettle gets plenty of use.

I love the reheat feature, and the different temperature options, however refilling the kettle is a little awkward.

I like that you can select the temperature of the water based on the type of tea. The kettle is sturdy and easy to use.

Works great, I've had it for about a month. I have never made so much tea in my life and my baseline was 2 cups/day heating up water in the microwave (controversial I know). So easy to get it started, wander away to do something else for a minute and listen for the beep to let you know it's time to steep. I sprang for the one with the kraken on it which is cool but definitely optional and I'm sure it will not impact the quality of the water heating but it does make me smile when I see it.
