I have an 8' x 8" Lifetime Shed and needed more storage space. Last month, I bought two Peg Strip Kits from Home Depot. They arrived quickly. The Peg Strips are easy to install with the supplied hardware. They come supplied with a large variety of pegs in various sizes, so they hold almost everything lightweight, such as shovels, rakes, extension cords, hoses, etc. The Peg Strip Kit is a real storage saver giving me more room to organize.

Although this product was not intended to be used in Suncast sheds, it has been working in my Suncast Alpine 3 ft. 8 in. x 7 ft. 6 in. resin storage shed for about the last 3 days. The peg boards have been holding up a lightweight rake, a lightweight hammer, and some small items. To attach the peg boards, we had to drill some small-diameter holes in the shed wall. I'm amazed that the peg boards have not detached because the thickness of my Suncast shed wall is only about 2 mm. As a warning, this product did not come with wall anchors for dry wall.

Good for hanging light weight items but not for anything more than hand tools.

Mounting to the plastic wall of my Lifetime shed was less than optimal. The peg strip does not correspond to any indentation or any obvious area to be mounted. You are just selecting a spot and screwing into the non-reinforced plastic wall. It’s gonna hold only so much weight. A couple of shovels and rakes and that’s about it!

I expected a peg shelf that was incorporated into the shed but there is nothing special about this peg shelf. You just screw holes into random spots of your plastic shed. No specific mounting points. By using this you are basically doing permanent damage do your shed by putting holes in the surface of it. I am overly disappointed into the accessories of these sheds. There appears to be little to zero thought process into the products and how they incorporate into the shed.

This looks great and I’m able to hang more tools and conserve space .

This peg strip kit, along with the plastic sheds they go into, fall into the category of "you get what you pay for". They are cheap and convenient, can be put together with a minimal crew, and looks good when it's new. But at the end of the day, it's plastic and it won't age well or hold up to weather or heavy items. The peg strip itself screws into the plastic shed wall with a few short screws. Putting anything even remotely heavy onto one of these hooks will cause the screws to pull off from the plastic wall in short order. I'm not sure it could even hold up a shovel for a few months. All I could comfortably hang from my pegs are a light broom, gloves and a few other small things. I used to hang my wheelbarrow from my old wooden shed, but that isn't even a thought with these plastic sheds.

Order some accessories for my shed, which I love. Came as advertised but missing accessory bag with hardware to install! Called customer service, long wait, but representative was nice and helpful. Said would send out in 3 days, week later not parts. We’ll see

Some of the things I want to hang on the hooks are too large on the handle to be hung from the peg strips. The plastic does not feel sturdy.

Well. Nicely made. Not sure they were meant for LIFETIME SHED since the holes do not match up well.

The peg strip itself is fine. My concern is that it doesn't hold much weight do to the thin walls of the shed. The screws I used to install the peg strip are pulling from the shed wall, and I used larger screws than what came with the peg strip

As expected. Smaller holes don't let the pegs come out as easy when you pick up a tool. Nice touch.
