Works great for home projects
I've used this nail gun on a couple of projects around the home. I've found it works great. So much easier than a hammer, and not having to drag an air hose is a major plus. I've shot 2", 3" and 3-1/2" nails and was able to adjust the depth to get proper penetration. On only one occasion did I not get full depth - I hit a big knot driving 3-1/2" nails. I like the metal hook on the bottom of the handle, as it is nice to be able to safely hang the gun when you need to put it down rather than lay it on the floor where it could get kicked or the dog might "nose" it. I've run the gun all day on a single battery charge and have had no problems getting nails or fuel.

Poor Product & Fuel Cell Availabilty
Problematic tool, jamming, misfires, fuel cells hard to find -- going back to the always dependable Stanley Bostitch Cordless Framing Nailer -- Fuel cells interchange with other reputable brands, thus you dont spend a day driving around trying to find the "Special" Paslode fuel cells. -- would never recommend this tool to a friend... I would however recommend Home Depot, but not this Paslode product.

excellent nailer and customer service thanks!
I am very happy with this gun. It makes my projects less overwhelming especially in areas with no power or where you need to weave up down and around things. I will continue buying the rest of the Paslode cordless line and from home depot because of their great customer service :)

Better Than Three Carpenter Using Hammers
I bought this gun because I like to repair and build things at my house and those of my children. I am a disabled veteran and am unable to use a hammer to drive a nail. With this gun I have built a dock, a new deck and done multiple repairs. It is fantastic and I truely believe it will beat three carpenters doing the same work with hammers and nails. This is not my first Paslode nailer, but it is the best one to date.

        Paslode Cf325 framing nailer
The CF325 is a very good framing nailer. Good for toe nailing and good for decking, when used with the no-mar nailing tip. One draw back is the fuel cell does take a while to cool down.

            great for DIY too
I know the pros use these but I got one for a project to refinish part of my basement and this nailer is excellent. Don't know how I would have done it without this. Of course you need to be comfortable with these types of power tools and I think even more so if you are not used to using this every day (incl. eye and ear protection). This nailer packs a lot of power, no problem using it on pressure treated as well.. depth adjustment works great to switch between end and toe nailing, and I've had no problem swapping nails in and out, galvanized and regular. I like that it's quiet (no compressor or cord to get in the way). The exhaust fumes will get to you after a while (me at least) - be sure to crack a window. Highly recommended for the competent DIYer. If you're new to a nailing gun as I am, suggest to practice first so you get the feel for how the nail will drive. You may have a few bad ones at the start, but you can pull those out if not driven all the way. Avoid the ring shank nails unless you are buying them for a reason (easy to miss on the package, RS code). Good luck!

            No hose
Specifically bought one because of the reviews. Bought it for our repairs that we do where setting up and taking down a compressor and hose takes longer than the repair itself. In the old days I would just swing a hammer but the elbow acts up if I do to much swinging these days. The gun can reduce a hours job to minutes so it pays for itself in a couple of repairs as far as I'm concerned.

            CF325 Framing Nailer
The Passload CF 325 is by far the best framing nailer I have ever used. Light compared to others and no more compressor or hose to drag around. It's angle design makes toe-nailing easy and it's very easy to maintain. I would not own any other. Highly recommended.

              For the tool man!
The cordless nailer is a must have on jobs where compressors and hoses tend to be cumbersome and in the way. I've used this tool and I must say that I was impressed. The only downside for me was that the gun needed to be reloaded more frequently than a typical air nailer but I actually had fun using it. No framer should be without one!
