[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a warranty because the one I had was no longer sold. After calling about warranty was told to send photo of old faucet and would be 48 hours. After not getting any information after the 48 hours I called and was asked if this was a first time or I had a case number. they said since they did not sell the old model that they wanted to be sure the replacement was OK and I said yes. After giving this info which was 9-22-17 I was told I should receive within 7 to 14 days. UPS brought to door 9-27-17. Very happy with product and service. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because the copper tube for the quick disconnect used with the side spray was not round on the end probably caused from cutting the tubing to length. I managed to round the end and everything seems to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our original faucet at least 5 years ago on a "Clearance" rack. Last year we started noticing blemishes on the finish. I contacted Pfister and was sent a replacement faucet without hesitation. They DO back their Warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pfizer sent us this model to replace a kitchen faucet that was leaking and discontinued. This was about five months ago..now, the handle will not stay in position and I see signs of deterioration ...five months?
