This is a china piece of junk! The set screws are so small you can;t even see them. The Allen wrench sent with it didn't even fit the screw heads. Don't buy, don't buy! It's crap!!!!!

Product not available. Tried 3 times to order it and found out that it was not available and the web page had the wrong information. Very frustrated with whole experience except for store staff. They worked hard to resolve situation only to find out it was not available and web page didn't have the accurate information. That is why I don't like to shop online. Prefer in store shopping.

Great Towel Bar. Looks awesome in my sons bathroom.

The towel bar is not 20 inches. It is actually 18 inches. I returned it identifying the false advertising and the towel bar is still on the website as 20 inches.

Fairly easy to install. Metal is thick for the price. I like it.
