Great price online, very easy to install, and my wife loves it!

All faucets in my house are Delta. The house was built in 2012. I am having an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. I contacted Delta via email and asked about the lifetime warranty. It has been over a week and I have not received any response from Delta other than that they received my email. So at this point I am very disappointed with Delta.

Great price and so easy to use

I bought this kitchen faucet a year ago and the Pull-Out Faucet will not hold in the spray position. Also, when rotating the faucet, it is difficult to turn and makes a squeaking sound.

We have had the faucet for 2 weeks now and it was an excellent replacement of one we had. The hose can pull out very far and the base is very sturdy yet easy to swivel. It is well made and assembled in the USA.

This is a replacement faucet to our existing faucet still under the Delta Lifetime Warranty. This faucet has much longer and sturdier water line tubing. No additional tubing was needed to connect to the main water supply. The new, movable weight to the hose is an added plus. Easy-to-follow installation instructions with step-by-step illustrations. No parts were missing.

There are a couple of things that I don't like about the faucet but all in all, it's made well and hopefully it will last a long time. I would like the sprayer to turn off when you turn the faucet off rather than having to push the button on top of the pull out handle. It also is difficult to set just the right temperature of water. Not a large enough range of area to choose between hot and cold.

This was bought February of 2016 and it leaks around the handle were you turn it on. For the price you pay for a delta you would think it would last longer then 8-9 months.

It was a gift...they said it is easy to turn and works well compared to the other one they had...the only thing they had hoped would be like the other one was a wider spray range. but the other benefits made up for it.....adapters to the plumbing were needed, but the former model was quite old so don't know if that would be required in other situations.

Installed in a new home. The thin rubber covering the spray/stream control withered and then started coming apart after only 1.5 yrs The housing leaks when you turn the faucet all the way on, and the hose connection is weak plastic that loosens and leaks time and time again. The plumber says that since it has been over a year he can't replace it. I thought Delta had a lifetime warranty? Guess not. Do not put this in your kitchen unless you like to mop up water

Purchased this for a rental property. Went with Delta for reliability. Made for a nice update in the kitchen. A plumber installed it without issue.

We have had this faucet for about 1.5 years. After a few months the faucet started making a rubber sound when turning it side to side. We have tried lubricating the rubber gasket and still made straining sound. The turning has gotten very tight and not sure what to try next. So not like a DELTA product.

Our faucet started to get hard to move back and forth. Finally it broke. I took pictures, sent them to Delta and they replaced it right away.

The faucet basically works, however when moving the faucet spout left to right and back it produces a rubbing sound. Have tried to lubricate it but the sound persists. My guess is that eventually the rubbing will cause a failure and require the purchase of a replacement.

This Delta faucet was very easy to install. Detailed directions with pictures were provided. Like the extra long hoses for the water connections.

Although a bit lighter weight than expected, this installed easily, looks great and works great.

We bought this faucet about 3 years ago and liked it until now. It has developed a leak that cannot be repaired Inexpensively. How unfortunate for us because we like the overall product.

broke in less than 2 years - can't turn the faucet

This faucet started leaking within the first couple months.

Ordered this faucet for an elementary school activity room. The faucet was easy to install, and works well with the 3-compartment sink.

We replaced our other faucet ( about a year old)because we didn't like the side lever and the high curve, it just plain splashed all the time and was awkward if you had something in your right hand. This one is GREAT, wish we had bought this one the first time.

If you are considering this faucet think of this. In the first two to three years of you owning this faucet you will have to take it apart 2 to 3 times to lubricate the o rings on the swiveling part of the faucet because it will get so stiff you can't move it. Then at about three years you will be looking for a replacement for the rubber part of the spray head becuase it has gone bad. You will find that Delta only sells the entire spray head and it cost $105! My suggestion is: don't buy this thing.

This Delta faucet was purchased to replace a different brand that failed after 12 years after being repaired several times. The old faucet was hard to remove since the copper lines that were built into the faucet were very short and were hard to get at behind the sinks. It was also extremely hard to get to the large hex nut holding it in place. The Delta faucet has long connectors that come all the way down to the water lines making installation easy. The hex nut was easy to install and is designed to be tightened by hand without requiring any special tools. The only difficult part was getting a screwdriver up to the retaining screws in the nut to lock it in place. This new faucet also has a much better spray pattern at low volumes than the previous one.

I've had this faucet for almost five years, but we've long had problems with it not being able to swivel left/right. Also, the rubber button on top (to switch between flow and spray) shows signs of wear (cracking). But it looks great in our kitchen!

The faucet works as expected and looks great, the original installation was done by a plumber during a remodel but replacing parts was very easy and removing the internal cartridge (I wanted to see where the mixing/scalding control was) and cleaning the unit was a breeze. The only issue I had was with the pull-out sprayer. The connection to the flexible hose did break after 2 years of use. With the use of plastic connectors to a steel braided hose, I suppose this could be an issue in any faucet. I do wish they would have stayed with brass connectors though I hear California regualtions may be one of the reasons (wish they would make one for the rest of the country versus complying with CA) as to why they moved to plastic. Delta was great at replacing the hose and connector free. This is one of the reason I buy Delta and I am willing to pay more for the product. They do stand behind their products.

Not a plumber, but installation was under an hour. More important, my wife still loves it.

We absolutely are delighted about this very solid kitchen faucet, it is 'handy', beautiful to look at, and very functional and dependable; easy to keep clean. :-)

This faucet started leaking and caused a lot of damage to our house. I would avoid it.
