Was not able to extend handle. One side was stuck. Couldn't get it released. Packed it up and returned it.

Even though I am a scrapbooker, I bought one of these for use at school. I am able to carry all of my books, binders,laptop and anything else I might need for class inn one convenient, easy to use tote. I don't have to deal with all of that hanging from my shoulder. The fabric is heavy duty and you can remove it for washing. There are more pockets than I know what to do with, but that's okay, you never know when you might need them. I like the fact that it is solid, not flimsy like the regular backpacks. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to carry a lot of items. It is well worth the price.
