I LOVE this door!! it's gorgeous and even prettier in person. Many compliments so far!

We live in the country with a north facing entry door. I wanted a door that sealed good and had a rustic look. We looked at the fiberglass doors; they are nice and are even Energy Star Rated, but they kind of all look alike. We looked at custom doors, but didn't want to spend that much. When we saw this style on the Home Depot web site, we were satisfied that it met our requirements. The installation was done in a few hours by the Home Depot installers in Oct. 2014. This was the first time they had installed this model of door and they couldn't get over how impressed they were with the quality and workmanship of the door. We have had some strong, cold north winds since the door was installed and the door seals very well. The north side of our home stays noticeably warmer now. We had a company come look at replacing our garage door. They sell entry doors too. They asked about our door and how much we paid for it. They were blown away and said they have doors that cost several thousand dollars that don't look as nice as this one. What I like is when you open it, if feels like a strong, heavy wood door and not a lightweight fiberglass door. Nothing wrong with fiberglass doors, but the small difference in cost will provide some uniqueness to your home. We are very pleased.

Beautiful door, excellent entry look and a good seal, I would recommend. The only negative comment against is that the nail heads on the shelf and trim weren't covered prior to stain/poly finish, it is a minor visual blemish.

THe door didn't meet my expectations just because the door had a hole of te size of a nail, that it could not be seen at the moment of the installation, the quality control of the company that makes the doors should notice that. now I have a main door that has a hole in it.

A beautiful door. We picked up the door from our Home Depot to insure it was in good condition. I like the weight of the door...definitely would not choose any lighter weight. So far, I would recommend the purchase.

i am a professional builder of 35 years . The home owners purchased this door,picked it up ,delivered it . only to discover that the jam extension was improperly cut leaving a 1/4" gap at the base, ( BAD ) we sent it back ----no one has picked it up yet .Sooo we ordered a new door only to discover the threshold IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH ! .Clearly the person putting these together needs some additional training ! So now we have to either send it back or fix it ourselves .NOT what i would expect for $1,300.00 !

This door is gorgeous! Well made and solid. The color is somewhat lighter than it appeared online. We have received many, many compliments.
