Several years ago I purchased two small polywood tables for my pool deck. They have withstood pouring rain and blazing sun, and still look like new. When it was time to replace a rusting bench, it was natural to look to plywood.

Was missing cushions and screws were not in there. No tool to assemble either. Terrible product

I bought this chair set because every other outdoor patio furniture I have owned in the past only lasted a year or two before it began rusting or rotting from the humid New England summers. When I discovered the Polywood material I was excited to find a product that I could leave outside during the winter since I have very limited indoor storage space. It looks brand new after one winter on the patio, we are very satisfied so far!

These chairs are together and look great. Polywood makes some quality products but this set was not one of them. I bought two sets (4 Chairs). None of the holes lined up on any of the chairs. They also show using a short screw and a long screw on the front legs. The short screw drops in the hole because the hole was drilled too deep. Polywood customer service is sending me 8 longer screws to rectify the problem. If you are looking for easy assembly, this is not the set for you. Judging on other reviews I may have just gotten 2 bad sets but was shocked at the lack of quality control as I have purchased Polywood products early this summer and all holes were perfect.

Delivery was an issue, but after three calls the issue was eventually resolved. Love the furniture!

Just fabulous patio set for our front porch. Fabric is sturdy and easy to assemble. Looks very impressive and very comfy

Very nice quality. My only complaint is putting it together. The holes were difficult to line up. If I had a drill instead of the tools that came with it maybe it would have been easier. I love it now that it’s together.

Heavy duty patio furniture. It was pretty simple to assemble. One table was missing the hardware, but the company sent out the needed hardware that was missing, after a long customer service call.

Very very good. Construction is sturdy and cushions are great. These will last a lifetime. Well worth the money and the wait.

Very strong and sturdy frame...cushions are firm and full...good furniture for the patio in FL.

Very comfortable and easy to put together. We did have to wait quite a long time for delivery (I think it got lost), but well worth the wait. Cushions are thick and firm.

They were sent without the screw and instructions. We had to call and ask them to send them.

Simple assembly sturdy construction

I received this set about a month ago and I am very happy with it so far! Unfortunately due to Covid-19 it took quite awhile to receive - and by the time we got them, it was already too hot & humid to really enjoy much outdoor time in this Virginia summertime heat. But, I am very happy with the look/ sturdiness/ quality of the set and look forward to using them in many fall/ spring seasons to come!

The chairs and table are perfect for our front porch. They arrived about 4 weeks later than initially stated due to Covid delays, but was worth the wait. The chairs are solid and will last. The cushions are thick. Overall pleased with this purchase even with the wait time. Assembly was easy, it comes with tools and hardware looks strong—not cheap little screws
