I used this for about and hour - I refinish furniture and I need this to sand tight corners. Within an hour the Sanding Pad started to melt. I love dewalt tools - but this sanding pad is very bad. You might say I was a little rough on it, but I have used a sanding pad on a ryobi - which does not even come close to dewalt - the Ryobi sanding pad has lasted me 2 years - and I beat the crap out of it.
